Money is an amplifier of character...he won't still stop, he will upgrade to going to watch girls dancing naked, he will even spend the whole night there. Or even pay them to come and strip in his house.

My brother, i can't answer that question because I'm not from his community but how do you think he was able to return to power after each tenure if he wasn't doing a great job in his constituency,knowing that he has never vied for that position unopposed but that aside, we all know that real change can be made directly from the central government and not from the legislation.
