Is a seasonal work permit which is usually six months. The work permit has expired. Mine will expire February 2023.

If the embassy are no longer willing to issue the work visa again,they should stop the issuance of work permit in Poland. they shouldn't let us be wasting our hard earned money on the processing of work permit and visa.

Seems this problem is peculiar to Nigeria.

Today. I received two emails. One with link that my preliminary visa application has been registered. I clicked on the link and received another email which states confirmation that your preliminary visa application has been activated

Imagine how i was seriousely tacked then that no agent's name should be mentioned.
Now, see the result. One of our nairalanders who based in turkey categorically told me that he personally sent someone to check tsve office for him in ukraine but on getting there, he only met a private primary school there.
the office does not exist at all.
Assuming this has been posted before, the way i warned everyone about sergienko lawyer. I think this guy would have been saved.
Everyone should get me clear, we are in the information age. How would someone say that one should not mention agents name and when you know that they are fraud. And if any agent is doing well, let everyone has freedom by mentioning the agents name. But by telling the house that one should do his reseach at the back personally without asking from anyone that had dealing with such agent before is not good enough.
Now, for the sake of others that are planning to use "invitation in ua" God saved you if you are reading my article now because, they are fraud. I have used them and they sent fake documents to me. Only God saved me bcs i am yet to send the second part of the payment.
Now everyone in the house now knows that tsve, invitation in ua and sergienko lawyers are no go area.
An agents name should only be banned if it is for marketing but people should be free to share their experience as to save others from any pitfall. It is bcs we need timely information and that is why we are here. And as a nigerian, we all have the right to freedom of information and i think that the law on nairaland is also subject to the law of federal republic of nigeria. Then, why must we cage ourself?
I think it will be very bad for someone to be a member of this unique, enlightened and educated forum and still be falling into the hands of fraudster just in the name of not mentioning agents.
If any agent is good, let everyone knows why they are good to you and if any agent is bad, let everyone knows why they are bad to you.
Only the agents advertisement should be banned.

My own agent said she will make the online visa registration appointment on my behalf. I have already received the email, Confirmation that your preliminary visa application has been activated. I am waiting for the positive verification of the document entitling me to work in Poland

Please is there anything like legalization of documents for the polish work visa or is only applicable to study visa.

I need a guide from those that have booked appointment. For travel insurance and flight reservations, is it after getting an appointment date that you processed them or before getting a date.

Let's hope in God my brother. What i think which may be a major issue is that maybe the head of HR in that company who is suppose to sign ur paper is not around presently. And i dont think the owner of the company might do that on his behalf. Though, i dont know how big is the company.

He/she is back and I have received the soft copy of the whole work contract documents totally almost 15 pages with three letters addressed directly to polish embassy in Nigeria. The agent promised to send the tracking number of the hardcopies he has dispatched. Now booking of the visa appointment

My agent applied for my work permit on June 18th and I received the soft copy on August 4th. Since then, they are still processing my other supporting documents. The vioviodeship and employer confirmed the work permit. I don't know why the delay

Search for any polish work permit agent on Google. You can't apply for work permit by yourself

This email address is very important,mostly for us with poland work permit because now embassy we need to confirm the authenticity of your work permit before you will be allowed to fill the full visa application form before given you an appointment date,so therefore if you want to confirm the authenticity of your work permit without going through your agent,your can write direct or call the voivodship office,where your work permit is issued in Poland,within 48hrs,they will surely get back to you.www.bip.gov.pl/subjects/index/7489

I don't think if any agent will refund you back your money. That's why we are all risk takers

Yes, that is how it suppose to be.

I received the work permit soft copy through email. They (employer and agent) assured me they will send the original hard copy and other supporting documents together through courier. Let me wait till month end

Once you have your work permit, you should first of all thank your God first. Getting your work permit and other documents from your employer means that about 70 percent of problem on your way to poland has been solved. A consular does not refuse work permit holder like those going for visits.
The following are the supporting document,
1.insurance cover.
2.Bank statement( #700k at least)
3.marriage or children certificate
4.flight booking. (To&fro)
5.health cert
6.statement of purpose. ( Pls while writing statement of purpose, do not mistakenly write the word "IMMIGRATION" inside it because the consular may think that you are not coming back to your fatherland after getting the visa.
Instead of that, use the word "travel"
7.criminal record cert, if you wish. It costs just #7,500 at alagbon close.
8. Any other supporting documents that you think is tieying you down to nigeria. E.g landed property, family bussiness document, something of value like family farmland or will document.
Despite all these highlighted points, you should pray to God for favour.

My work permit is out, but I am yet to receive other supporting documents. Is been two weeks, don't know why is taking much time. I sent email to my employer and the agent, they said I should exercise some patience. So I am still waiting

No, what they mean is this,
If you apply less than 2wks to your depature date, your application may be rejected. Remember that embassy processing time is 15days which is 2wks and anything less than that will not be accepted.
My recomnendation is that you apply like about 6-8 weeks before bcs should in case of refusal (God forbid) one will still enough time to appeal.
Even my plan is to apply at about 2months to my depature date in order to set for any unforseen event.

Because you are going for 1yr employment, you need to do 1yr travel insurance.
Also as per flight, you need to book to and fro. The implication is that you are telling the consular that you are coming back to your fatherland on completion of ur job. The consular will think you not coming back if you book one way and definitely refuse you.
You may now decide to pay for one way only after getting your visa. That is wisdom.
Also, based on past report from ppl that got work visa, i dont think it is needed but getting it as part of ur application will increase your chances of getting the visa.
I think it is just #7,500 now at alagbon close.

@daddyemma. Please this grammar of not later than two weeks. I intend to travel January next year, does it mean that if I book appointment may be by September or October, it will draw red flags

For me, since police certificate is not among the requirements on their website, I don't think is necessary. But let's see other experts opinion
