solution: get an SUV. |
. |
Mits. SUV
ah....sincerely not sure of a reliable mechanic for that. Abj's very poor with autotech. There's a Lebanese Autoshop @ Zone 5, opp NIMC. They'r very good but they deal with cars of 2010 + only. How i repair my car now is get the car scanned, put the code here on NL or google it and get solutions (u'll see that many other pple had d same problem). Have been able to sort out most problems even on my own or just go to any mechanic and tell him exactly what to do. |
I fortunately got introduce to this excellent technician sometimes last year via referral by my mentor & after just one try with him I was impressed. (prior to this, I did a paint job with Honda place & i was not really impressed) Name: Musiliu Profession: Auto spray painter Cost: competitively moderate Delivery: Very good/professional Phone: 08033917916 Contact: Galadimawa Mechanic Village, Halfway between games villages & Suncity (before Apo junction) Pls note that the person in question is very humble & straightforward. To be sure ask for options and agree upfront on expections and price Be realistic. You should demand for quality but don't take advantage of his agreeable stance (i.e. Over haggling, underpricing) Be kind to share your experience on this medium, if you ever have a dealing with him Best of luck Do you know an excellent mechanic in Abuja? Pls share
Nice one, I appreciate, God Bless, i know d mechanic workshop along d road after Games Village, I'll arrange to see him soon as i can. Mechanic for what sort of car are u looking for? |
madprof: Your photo may reflect that you truly travelled at that speed but how do we know you didn't just jack up the wheels, engage the gear and throttle up to that speed? It would require some concentration from someone other than the driver to focus a camera and take that picture - circumstances you can hardly manage @ 222km/hr. Anyway you did say your friend was driving, which suggests you took the picture, which begs the question: why were you without a seatbelt at 222km/hr? Or any speed for that matter?correct. also even if u jack up the wheels of a car, engage gear its impossible to rev d car up to 222km/hr. the engine will over-rev, since there's no load on it (i.e. tyre's not on ground). a safety trip shd cut out fuel supply to d engine! |
dino escobar: July 22, 2011 was travelling to abuja from calabar, I and my boss who is a speed freak drove his new infinty 2007 fx35 jeep. He drove from calabar to ogoja we left at about 6.30am by 9 we were in ogoja. I took over d wheels from ogoja, I remember overtaking 2 trucks and 3cars on lafia- lokoja road @230km/hr. I was scared shitless and d car was still gingering to fly.that road's too bad for that my broda. I made a very huge mistake taking dat road Abuja - Uyo Dec '11. After Gboko u sure cannot do more than 100Km/hr on any type of vehicle. |
Have u carried out a car full body spray/paint in Abuja and was satisfied with the job? Please share the painter's contact. Many thanks |

Last XMas returning to Abj from south, 200Km/hr. One xpress @ Kogi (after 9th mile, leads to Kogi state uni). Audi A4 Quattro, V6, 3.0L, 30V |

Very funny. I don't know much but all i do is get my car scanned, type the code on Google: >1000 other pple had d same problem, solutions are mostly DIY. No more fights with mechanics! |
"Lufthansa flight that took off from Abuja to Malabo, earlier in the day was routed to Lagos" i dn't understand, the plane took off from Abj, en-route Malabo, was re-routed to lagos 'cos runway lamps at Abj airport went off ?? Picture shows lamps on ? |
otokx: and what does that mean?sure u have his number, u can ask him. |
Can anyone confirm that this plane had an emergency landing on March 11? Because if so, there is a case against the NCAA and Dana Air
a Dana plane had landing gear issues on approach 3wks ago, not sure if it's d same one |
