GoodHardDickk: The North is for Atiku and kwankwaso, with obi getting his own share of the votes too. Tinubu is officially not in the race.
From all indication it's obvious obi is the next president of Nigeria I like how Obidients give themselves hope. Obi is not in the race. You can take that to the bank. If I know better I will say Tinubu is sponsoring Obi, because Obi will only succeed in dividing PDP's vote. PDP's strongest bases are SS and SE. And that's Obi's base. |

Newton2024: You are deceiving yourself.
One of the leaders of the defectors and former House of Representatives aspirant of the APC, Mr Stephen Adeyeri, said Obi’s impeccable track records coupled with his detailed manifesto containing the solutions to myriads of challenges troubling the nation, spurred him and his supporters to join the Labour Party and openly declared his firm support for the presidential candidate. The key word is former. He has lost out just like Obi lost out in PDP. Hence he's looking the next place his food will come from. I wonder how people think LP is different. Means Tinubu will even be given a clean slate shd he join Labour today. |

Politics › Re: Ondo APC, PDP, SDP Chieftains Defect To Labour Party by Ilaje1: 4:37am On Feb 02, 2023 |
onuman: From Day 1, more reasonable Yorubas never supported Bola Tinubu's presidential bid. It's only the buccaneers from the SW who supported Bola Tinubu.
The earlier you know they are not voting for the candidates but the party. PDP and APC have most structures (grassroot people), their all want their party to win so food can drop on their tables. So it's not about Tinubu or Atiku but the party they belong to. |

Blaze14k: This is true cos one yoruba guy that picked me up from the airport was telling me how they will deal with tinubu during election. Most ppl leaving in lagos dont like him While most don't like Tinubu. It's all about party structures. APC and PDP have that. APC and PDP will share 90% of the vote. While the rest will take 10%. LP is non-factor. |
Politics › Re: Ondo APC, PDP, SDP Chieftains Defect To Labour Party by Ilaje1: 4:31am On Feb 02, 2023 |
ojoadeola: Do not play with that at all
Tinubu will take majority votes in SW
Lagos will have a slight difference, but all other states of SW will go for Tinubu. Not guaranteed. PDP and APC will share it. It will be close. Apart from Lagos, LP is none factor. |

Peter Obi gave scholarships to indigine and non indigine of Anambra state when he was governor and he's not making noise about it You guys are idiots. What's wrong with what Tinubu said? How many non-indigene do they have in Anambra compare to Lagos? Is it not the same Anambra the non-indigene beggars were chased away? If he makes noise with his achievement, what has Obi got to do with it? I don't support BAT because I think he's suffering from dementia...the early signs are there. Omoawoke: It is an insult to compare Tinubu’s achievement to Peter obi. The gap is too wide, all peter obi boast about is how he drank one cup of coffee instead of 2 or how he trekked from Lagos to Abuja to safe transport fare. No concrete achievement. Warehouse economist Peter didn't achieve anything in terms of infrastructures. Possibly paid salary. It was during his time that SARs was killing people anyhow in Anambra. |

They want to suffer like Anambrarians suffered under Peter Obi. The truth is that Tinubu is sick. He's senile. This is not the Tinubu of old. Someone that was told to test the mic instead he licked the mic. Maybe he heard taste the mic. He's not sound. |

If not for Buhari that stopped the metro train in 85 saying Lagos doesn't need a rail. Most of Tinubu's blue print are actually Jakande's. Although he added his like the FTZ. |

chigator2: Given that Olosho is a Yoruba word, I find it hard to believe prostitution is far from Yoruba women, popular culture is derivative you know. Rather, I choose to side with popular belief that, Yoruba women euphemistically speaking, are not aesthetic ( not pleasing to the eyes usually with an uncanny dark tint that makes them resort to skin bleaching ), and in most cases they are highly unhygienic. It's left for you to prove otherwise. Go to Island, Allen, Festac, Volkswagen, Ajegunle, Egbeda area, majority of the Oloshos are from that side of the country. Same with every state in Naija. Even students from that side are not left out, once school is on break they rush to Lagos or Abuja. So the Yorubas had to give them a name. Even outside Naija, they are the majority in that trade. They have taken the business from the Bendelites. You can be defensive for all you want, 80% of the olosho in Naija whether corporate or street oloshos are Igbos. |

Tinubu use his stolen dollars to buy the APC primaries, but now the Nigerian people has rejected him. You and those that applauded your message are tribal idiots. Na Yoruba elders choose for APC? Maybe that's how they do where you come from, I don't think any president has ever been selected in SW before. Elders can endorse, but people will still have to vote. Even Afenifere are divided. You father and lineage can't be trusted. Everyone has the right to support whoever than they want. Obi cannot get 10% in SW. APC and PDP will share 90% of the votes while the rest will share 10%. This is when you guys will know the meaning of structures. Structure is not about blackmailing people into accepting your candidates like you guys do in the SE and SS where majority must vote for PDP but now Obi. SW don't do bigot votes. People are allowed to vote for whoever they want. The structures in SW are PDP and APC. It is going to be close between those parties, PDP might take some states. Obi and LP are non personal grata outside of SE, SS and Lagos. |

Toneypen247: A commendable action. This is a good step taken by Adeleke in addressing the problem of this riffraff who are often used as a political weapon in driving their principal cause. Modernity requires not just modification and a nominal change as seen in Lagos state, but instead, more of a psychological approach to a system that is being referred to as a thug association and has caused more harm than good. This includes a total eradication of the system or association.
Although, there will be consequences to this, but when you are faced with two evils you pick the lesser one. The latter can always be addressed using strict disciplinary action. Leadership is about doing the right thing, even if it going against a vast number of naysayers and mediocre people.
God bless the federal republic of Nigeria. Go get your PVC today.
You might need my signature service below. You are assuming Adeleke is not using them as a political tools. Look at Oyo and Lagos where National Union is proscribed, they eventually their own people or thugs there in the name of management system. You should always read with an open mind, all politicians or governors have politicized National Union, everyone just wants whichever faction that supports them to takeover the park. The Oyo guy, Auxiliary, is just like McOluomo. While in Lagos Kunle Poly was PDP tool at a point but lost out in the power, decided to join Mc. All the top parties use thugs or thugs join them so they can get juicy position when they assume power. |

Unless your Thug lord will pour out his dogs to stop the igbos from voting their prefer candidate. Where in SW are you? Apart from Lagos where LP can get 10%, LP will not get 10% anywhere. How many people around you to make you conclude that they are voting for LP? Apart from Lagos social media people, tell me where in SW that LP is strong compare to APC or PDP? Igbos are everywhere, question how many of them? Are they up to 10% of each town in SW? Are all of them voting for LP? PDP and APC will share 90% of the votes in SW and also in all Northern regions. |

Trollronaldo: Well, per state, SW seem to be at a disadvantage if you remove a cosmopolitan Lagos. SE actually recorded same figures as other 5 southwest states.
The figure seems to Favour Peter Obi more than any other candidate based on his support base in SE and SS and the amount of votes in can get in SW and NC. E go shock you. LP can't have 10% in any SW states apart from Lagos. It will shared by PDP and APC. While PDP will take votes from SS and SE. Obi will not win any state in SS. North is the playing field. I don't know how this will pan out in the North for APC. I will say advantage PDP. LP is known factor outside of SE and 10% of Lagos. You guys will learn that structure or party size is a factor in election. |
