But in 2023, the FCT is Abuja.

And the constitution in use is 1999 constitution which gave a special status to Abuja following the recommendation of the Committee on the FCT; this special status was not enjoyed by Lagos as FCT.

Again, the argument is not about satisfying “2/3” but about satisfying a quasi-independent provision of “25% in the FCT”.

The constitution didn't give a special status to Abuja, as Abuja resident cannot have super power than other Nigerians. She edited it using Word document. Whoever helped her to edit didn't pay attention to details. You only need an electrician copy of an old result to get it done.

With just higher version of MS WORD (2013) I CAN EDIT ANY PDF FORMAT OF ANY DOCUMENT with the exception of the QR code. There are even better app that can do this.

JAMB does not have an avenue for printing NOTIFICATION OF RESULT.
