happney65: I thought they said CNN is the fake news? Trump had a first debate with Biden on CNN and it was very very fair. Now Fox was purposely editing clips.. . It was so obvious and I'm happy Harris dragged the shit out of their pussy
Awon olofo
How was it edited? An interview that should have been an hour - Scamala made it only 20 minutes in - her folks at the back kept screaming to Brett to end the interview. Sorry, she didn't win this one
ijebosb: A network that selectively edits a clip, lies about it then gets called out. And Bret is supposed to be the straight news journalist. He sat there looking like a dufus after Harris called him out. Definitely see why they had to pay a 750 Million judgement for lying. They tried it tonight.
Bro😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤦🏾♂️ even CNN is saying Scamala did not do well - sorry
IjeBos: That's your insecurity speaking. I was referring to you having a hard time explaining what policy Trump created to make the economy so successful. You keep repeating tax cuts, but his tax cuts set the stage for the inflation we have now. He had near 0 interests rates and then added tax cuts on top of that that went more to the wealthy and help blow up the deficit.
And it's obvious you're young. You sound immature in your thinking and in your language.
If the tax cuts only favoured the rich, why did middle class families income rate increase by 25% during his presidency - a first in 45 years and now it's -11%
IjeBos: You keep repeating tax cuts, but his tax cuts set the stage for the inflation we have now. He had near 0 interests rates and then added tax cuts on top of that that went more to the wealthy and help blow up the deficit.
You also keep repeating the lefts talking points and that makes you a robot chicken. Even Obama said the economy during Trump's time was awesome and attributed it to himself. You keep saying tax cuts helped the rich only but why's it that right now the middle class family can't afford to pay there mortgages when they could in 2019 but there are more billionaires right now plus the 1% of the richest in the country have had a significant surge in their income- what would you say about that? And also what is Harris' policy she has proposed? You don't even talk about your candidate at all - all you think about is Trump
IjeBos: It's ok. You don't understand what you posted and have no idea how Trump made the economy as successful as you say.
You're trying to evade a specific answer😂 because you may just be retarded. You asked a simple question and I gave you a specific answer - the tax cuts increased living wages for middle class families even Democrats know that but they try to hush it.
IjeBos: The reason why you are having a hard time, because just as much of everything Trump says, it's largely Bullshit.
Your emotions may just be having the best of you😂 that you literally have to say something about someone's economic status compared to you which is absolutely petty and asinine😂 wtf! I never said I was having a hard time. Bro I'm just in my 20s and I literally never have to work again. You guys talk about Trump all the time not even what your candidate wants to do for the country
IjeBos: What's wild is you don't even understand how silly you sound. Cuz you have no perspective. If you saw my linkedin maybe you'd understand. My first corporate internship was at State Street Bank when I was 14/15. By the time I started INROADS at 18 I had already had 3 corporate internships at fortune 500s. Most of my friends have similar paths. It's not your fault. Too prideful to use your head.
You have a reason for being a racist apologist and downplaying your experience. Maybe one day you'll figure it out. But the experience you claim and try to promote here is not representative of the US and only a fool would believe so.
IjeBos: You posted a copy of Trump's website. I asked you to explain what economic and international affair policies Trump enacted that you thought were successful and why they were successful.
So are you saying the economic policies on the 'website' are false?
raumdeuter: There is nothing I have experienced in the US that I havent experienced a variant of in Nigeria with people of same skin color, same language, same ethnic group etc
Black people are even the racist ones sometimes because they discriminate against white people here.
IjeBos: There is something off about this thread and some of the posters who say they "live" in the US esp. places like Texas. I have spent most of my life in the US, and have never met a black person who spent significant time here claim they have never experienced racism. It's always a matter of the degree. Not going to call anyone out, but some of these people's "experiences" are very peculiar and I would even venture to say almost made up.
Maybe you just need a new set of friends that don't always play victim. People tend to forget what racism is because of how over-used it's. I've never even been discriminated in the US based on my skin color. The media overblows it a lot. Sorry🤷🏽♂️ In China - I was not allowed into some places and people would give me space just because I was black but brother but I never encountered anyone who was racist to me or called me names. I could joke about racism to my white friends but I never got discriminated on my skin color
raumdeuter: I have lived(stayed continuously for at least 3 months at a stretch) in 5 different states in the US including Texas since I came and I have never experienced racism. So my experience is similar to that of Illusioneffect in the same Texas
Maybe because he doesnt go around looking for racism everywhere he goes and treats every disagreement and friction as normal human interactions similar to the disagreement you will have with your own color and even family
I am sure if any of those who disagreed with you on this thread were to be white, you would have claimed racism, sexism or one of those ism
When he applies for a job and he is not picked, he shrugs it off and takes it like, "well maybe someone was better than me. I will try harder next time" while you and your people immediately claim its racism
I have more straight white guy friends than black guys who can't get a job because of their gender and skin color
IjeBos: You sound programmed. Everytime I ask you what policy he enacted that was successful, you dodge and swerve and repeat the same thing. It's called propaganda. Repeat the same thing over and over and people repeat it. That's how advertising works.
And you've been in Dallas for a while and have never racism. I call Bullshit.
I literally posted almost a thousand words of policies for you the last time and you expect me to do it again😩 you're the programmed one bro. I've lived back to back in the United States for 6 years in Wisconsin, Texas, even Idaho! and I've never experienced racism. If you're always looking for racism you'll definitely find it where it's not. I've also been to China and that's where I faced racism everyday - Americans don't know what racism is. The thing that's strange is nowadays the people who face racism is white people giving the fact that companies specifically in job interviews mostly employ black people and Hispanics citing it in a job description - that's real racism. Can you state a specific scenario you experienced racism?
IjeBos: Another Republican playing racist shenanigans trying to prevent black people from voting. Printed an ad in a Black owned newspaper saying to vote on Nov. 6th. In the other ads the date was correct. Election date is on Nov. 5th
IjeBos: Explain to me what was his foreign policy was that worked. What specifically did he do? As to the economy, what economic policy/plan did he enact that worked. Explain it to me like I'm a child.
It's easy to say something worked without explaining nor understanding why it worked. It has been very effective propaganda by Trump. And honestly, a lot of people have fallen for it.
What is worrying, you're a black Nigerian man who says he lives in Texas. You seem little concerned about the explosion of racism and xenophobia and more so if Trump is elected. Esp. in Texas.
I don't give a shit about identity politics brother and since I came here I've never experienced racism here in Dallas. Trump's economic policies have all worked when everyone said it won't. There was no inflation throughout his presidency everyone you meet will say exactly the same thing - that's just one of the reason many people are voting for him. And I can tell you the racist one is Kamala Harris. Just yesterday she said she would give and forgive 1 million dollar loans for black men - isn't that divisive and racist - that means if you go to take a loan as a white or Asian or Hispanic person they'll reject you based on your skin colour- she's the racist and the divisive person
IjeBos: Did you watch it? That they clapped should tell you something. I listened to it on my drive home yesterday. Can you tell me one specific policy he would enact? He said his tariffs were only for negotiation so it won't raise prices. He also said he would need the revenue generated from those tariffs to raise trillions of money to pay for his programs. Which one is it ? It can't be both. And even if were the latter and he placed tariffs on every import, it still wouldn't be enough to pay for his programs. His remarks were beyond dumb.
It was economic policy gibberish, but some smart people in that room applauded. Not because they didn't know it was gibberish, because they care more about the tax cuts and grift they would get for his administration. Basic robber barons. Akin to those supporting Tinubu right now.
No matter what you say - please be very honest to yourself- Trump's foreign policies and economic plans has always worked
ObaIgwe1: 1st, I am not as sure as you that she will win, but I pray she does.
I cannot totally disagree with you... There are many smarter Dems I can easily pick ahead of Kamala. But when the opponent is Trump, I will pick Kamala ahead of him by far.
The scripture says the race is not for the swift... time and chance happen to us all. Else it should not have been possible for Trump to be president when a certain brilliant and more honorable Romney couldn't win it. Biden made Kamala his vice, base on the recommendations and appraisal of his late son, and if Biden had stepped down much earlier...perhaps it wouldn't have been her... Just maybe it is in her destiny and everything is working in her favor. She might have not even stood a chance if Republicans had picked a much more decent candidate who doesn't have all the baggage Trump has.
Also, part of me want her to break the deadlock of a woman president once and for all, this will encourage all these smart bad ass women to join the race in the future.
She's going to win. Identity politics has never worked in the presidency. She doesn't have a specific plan of her own and that's actually so bad if you really think about it - she has changed every single one of her policies that means she's easily swayed. There're more lobbyists than lawmakers in the US and they're all fighting for their companies not the citizens. America needs a strong president with a specific goal and can't be easily swayed by the people around her. I honestly fear for our future sincerely. Being a woman - if she performs poorly and doesn't fulfill all the promises she has made - the stereotype of femininity will increase the same way Black to black crimes increased during Obama's presidency- that'll be bad for women in politics🤷🏽♂️. If they'd picked a better woman candidate than Harris I'll be way more comfortable
ObaIgwe1: Agree the race is close, but either of the 2 can win Georgia. So it might boil than to which party is able to drive out it's base in higher turnout. From the look of things, Dems are doing just that. Also, with all the new election rules in Georgia that seem to make it more difficult to vote in Georgia, looks like Dems are coming out early to overcome all those.
With the polls showing a tight race, it might just work in favor of Kamala, at least Dems will not take anything for granted like they did for Hillary.
Just to be totally honest with you - I believe Kamala would win the election but like almost every Democrat I don't think she's the best candidate to be President let's just be honest - there're a lot of really smart Democrats they should have picked. America is in a tough position right now and she's not suitable enough to be better than Biden. Or what do you think?
budaatum: The liberal I am dictates that you fight for rights you need and I fight for rights I need, and I don't need to waste my time fighting to draw Mohammed or Jesus or gods, because its like asking you to waste your time fighting for my choice.
You think Trump is against abortions or something?
ObaIgwe1: Where did he claim the whole votes are for Kamala? The thing is that high turn out in early voting often favor democrats... Seems the Dems are carrying the high enthusiasm to vote...
😂😂😂😂 Wow Nov 5th will be an eye opener for you guys. Biden had covid on his side and he still won Georgia only by a 0.8% margin when polls were saying 3-4% and you actually think Cackala will win Georgia. There's no doubt she could win the election but she's definitely not winning Georgia
Am I the only one that thinks all shows nowadays can't compare to how Game of Thrones made people feel? There're good shows but there's no Game of Thrones and it fckin sucks. I wish I could erase Game of Thrones from my mind and rewatch over again. I sincerely miss Game of Thrones man🤦🏾♂️ sincerely - no show has come close to this day
Kaycee7: This seems like a safe space to talk about how I've been reading The Eye of the World since last year and I'm not even halfway. Then I had to audacity to go and start Dune 😁
I started Dune last year and I've not even finished the first book yet😂
abduleez1: No joke at all. There's tons of book in my library and more to add but sometimes I just know within myself say I dey whine myself. There's no time. The few ones I actually forced myself to read and while I quite enjoyed them I haven't read past 10% of the book's content. Talkless of the tons of literature and non fiction I haven't even started.
If it was during my younger years I would have cleared almost all if not all by now. I could easily read a full novel within 24hrs - 36hrs. Now it seems I read at snail's pace. The volumes of pages even scares me unlike before where I cherished seeing mountainous volumes of pages to read.
ObaIgwe1: At least she understands Africa real need unlike Trump that think we are beggars in Africa surviving by US and other western countries' aids. Even small Gambia of less than 2M population, under their former leader told commonwealth to shove their aids in their ass.
Kamala understands the need, she already made some effort as VP and she said she will continue in that direction as president.
Baddestguyp: Invincible season 2 was anything but a great season.
Coming from season 1, it was very underwhelming. The release schedule and PowerPoint animation didn't help.
The season finale antagonist was someone who barely anyone could even remember. He appeared in like Episode 1 and disappeared.
Considering the mid season break, most people even forgot who he was when he appeared again at the finale. There was literally nothing compelling about him. The only thing I can recall him for is his big head.
Ask most random people what happened in Invincible S2 and they won't recall.
Personally all I can recall are the fish episode, Mark meeting his father and his new family and the final villain who I can only recall for his big head
Ok that's your opinion😂 it's highly rated on every score so you're just a minority
abduleez1: Same here bruh... I also haven't read any of her books even tho they're quite revered. I plan to read some of her books and other authors I've missed over the years. The problem is with finding time to actually read them.
I read books a lot but through audio books. 99% of the books I read are audio books. I can read them and still do my work
abduleez1: Nah bro.... That's just dictionary meaning and academic.
A blockbuster movie also means the money put into it, and pedigree of filmmakers behind it and scope of the film.
Then why are upcoming films like Minecraft, Wicked, Superman: Legacy etc tagged blockbusters despite not even out yet to measure their box office success. Why is Joker Folie á Deaux tagged a blockbuster flop?
Obrigardo: It seems the media has cleaned off the klorox covering their eyes
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 The same town hall meeting I watched live! Trump took questions for a full hour 😂 and decided to pause for a while and that turned into a news headline😂 reason why no one takes the mainstream media seriously anymore
ObaIgwe1: I watched Kamala Harris interview about Black Agenda with Roland in North Carolina, and I like her response on the Africa continent question. Like I posted here yesterday, unlike Trump and his followers including raumdeuter; she understands that Africa has gone beyond aids and handouts, and what Africa needs and appreciate are business partners.
I didn't even know she visited Africa as VP and she said promoted many investments worth several millions in Africa. That's a good start.
China and now recently Russia are winning over many African countries with business partnerships worth several billions while Trump who knows nada about Africa think we are still living in caves and huts in Africa.
WHO TF IS VP NOW?!! China and now recently Russia are winning over many African countries with business partnerships worth several billions - WHAT IS THE US GOVT DOING ABOUT IT NOW?! If Harris cares about Africa - what has the US done to help Africa right now. China and Russia is busy forgiving loans of African countries and you think Africa would not patronise China or Russia
Please what's going on with nkiri and awafim - it's unusable! I can't even download a movie there anymore because it's riddled with ads preventing you from pressing the download button. And my telegram hasn't gotten there movies yet
