The real problem is minimum wage, make it 2k. No need to merge MDA, instead create more MDA so you can have slots to share while they don't have any separated functions. Lastly, increase politicians allowances, aids and other benefits. They are doing so much & earning too little.

On point. But in Nigeria it is nature that often forcefully retires many, because they won't get to retirement age normally. Like one old man close to 90 but still claiming 70's. There is also a case of twins born same day but one is mid 30's and the other is early 20's. grin

Hope the government will be able to accommodate this set too with the already over whelmed security outfits. Don't know why issues can't be resolved via dialogue before it escalates into violence. Funny enough, every war ends in dialogue table.

More of this will continue to happen until the country that grows rubber tresses start manufacturing what they need. Instead of exporting raw material only to import the finished product at a higher cost.

[1] poor or zero capital: Not all require much to startup. Beside if you're good, some bosses do part away some equipment to encourage you. Some also allow you extra stay after graduation where he will be paying for your services, so you could raise some funds. You might also get good connections from customers who may be willing to invest in you.

[2] offenssive boss: Nigeria is filled with the bad, good & the ugly. They are all in every sectors. You can decide to tolerate the excesses grab the skill faster and jet out or switch the boss.

[3] low customers or patronage: My people say, who know work nor need signboard. When you're good at your services, friendly & above all very honest. Na you go run from patronage.

[4] Conclusion: It is the best option now in this present Nigeria.

Imagine. You don't work with a beast and believe you can completely tame it. How I wish this BH can only go after those that created, empowered, finance and always sympathize with them for their selfish reason and leave innocent people alone. Yet all that matter to the politicians even with the hight rate of insecurity, poverty, etc is the next election come 2023. Sadly those whose lives will easily be a specimen are the ones ignorantly shouting support for president to come from their region, religion, etc even though all politicians speak one language which is sharing of looting to their themselves irrespective of their tribe. There is certainly no hope for this country.
