The core issue is lack of trust, zero structure & politics of greed. If the judiciary is independent, they can trail cases that might not be in the interest of the governor. They might also be used by other political might against the executive. And lastly they can also start paying themselves too much money. Same for the legislature, they can easily be influenced to out the governor, etc. This is the fear of the executive. And of course we all know all of them are corrupt.

It is saddening that election is a do or die affair because of greed. And police has been largely used as instrument by politicians.

Gather the same exact guns, charms, etc that are usually been displayed to redisplay with another batch of persons you found guilty of a crime as judges. All in the bid to appear working yet the crime rate is never abated.

It is a shame. Imagine the joy his arrival brought to the parents as a baby unknowingly to them that he will eventually bring shame & disgrace to them.
