some Yoruba's lost their lives during the protests in Lagos, no one of such protests happened in Igbo land and there is no record of any life lost there.

Some Igbos in NADECO lost their properties just like some other Yorubas like Tinubu, Soyinka etc.

So, it's not cool of HE Peter Obi to say Igbos lost more to June 12, that would be a blatant lie.

But when it comes to the politics of the senate, OUK will beat Akpabio..
1st, OUK is part of the current assembly, while Akpabio is not.

2nd. The current SP, Ahmed Lawan still have some loyalist among the returning members, and I don't need to tell you who he is gonna support among the two..

Even if the APC leadership settle for Akpabio, OUK and Lawan will play another Saraki on them..

I understand emotions are high as a result of the divisive nature of the recently concluded election but we must look at the bigger picture beyond politics and emotions. The Igbos are part of the tripod holding Nigeria together. They’ve been out of National relevance for about 8 years now. This really pushed them to completely vote in a very clannish way in the last election.

Despite the fact that Tinubu is from the SW and Atiku is from the NW, both candidates barely got 60% of total vote cast in their regions. That goes to show the two regions were not desperate for the presidency unlike the SE that voted over 90% for Peter Obi. Shutting them out again for another four years will further push them to become more clannish in their politics and further hate the rest of Nigeria.

That’s why I feel we need to make the necessary concessions to help them heal. Ceding the SP to the SE will not make them embrace APC or Bola Tinubu. However, it will be a victory for the few liberals among them to build on. It can start the healing process. We should support any effort to help heal and unite the country.

By the time all the votes that was unjustly assigned to Tinibu in Akwa Ibom, Rivers, CRS, Edo, Delta, Lagos, Kano, Benue, Plateau and others will be deducted, then Tinibu himself wouldn't make the spread..

That said, We have evidence to prove that Obi got more than 25% in 5 SE, 6 SS states, Plateau, Benue, Kogi, Nasarawa, Lagos, Ondo, Oyo, Kaduna, Adamawa and Gombe, Taraba states.
