He was set free by bail under well spelt out conditions which included limiting the number of people he held an assembly with. Expecting justice to take its course with Kanu does NOT mean that one supports allowing northern terrorists to "repent" and avoid justice.

The wheels of justice are very slow in Nigeria and sometimes never come, but whoever is unfortunate enough to be held should be tried conclusively without prejudice.

NPOWER BENEFICIARIES were employed at different levels and various locations across the country.

The stipends as it was called were their take home pays or monthly salaries .
It was withheld because government felt funds met for the 2years program were been deverted and embezzled by then minister Edu.

However, I know a handful of guys who were deceived into thinking Npower was reliable employment, it never was and will never be. It was a political concoction that sort to address the symptoms of unemployment by political empowerment than eradicate unemployment.

You guys are being owed because the loaned funds for Npower has since been squandered by the Buhari administration even before the incident you referenced. Tinubu might find it difficult to borrow and pay people he knows does little to nothing, some even being ghost workers.

Perhaps your hope is that his administration will clear your backlog before the forthcoming elections so as to secure your votes, even so, get a job not government stipends, you can’t be rich from peanuts.

I am not bitter, I am a realist who can’t trust government worst of all, Nigerian government. Truth is always bitter, so you will find my points unpalatable.

What he wrote makes sense, and I believe he should be given a chance. We need to stop solely blaming the government for our problems. If we have developmental ideas, let's bring them to the government. This is what is meant by popular participation—not just participating in protests to bring the government down.

Even the governor of his state could step in to provide the necessary support for the realization of the noble goals he proposed.

Help the government and the country, lend him the N12B.
