This is not exactly the case here. I am a father of a year 1 daughter, when her teachers gave report about her social interactions at school, and even recommended special classes to help her. We agreed to the special classes and after a few weeks she was cleared of needing any further special classes as she has improved in her interactions and speaking.
The process as it is today and as we experienced was not arbitrary, as parents you are carried alone and can refuse the extra help if you suspect racial profiling. The decision is also not made by the class teachers but by some external education inspector and a detailed report is presented to parents to show what the kid lacks and what plan is in place to bring them to speed.

You must also know that it’s quite transparent process and every child’s case is unique and it’s not only black kids that are affected.

Finance is the leading cause. The schools are exploiting the system for financial benefits.

Also it’s not about skin colour. I work in the UK public sector and I can tell you that 2 in every British person holds a disability card or claims to suffer from some weird sounding disorder.

This allows almost 60% of the population dependent on benefits. That’s simply how they live in this country.

It's wrong to judge her as unruly based on a singular incident. You that is saying this and judging her negatively might even react worse if you find yourself in the same situation. Nobody is perfect and anyone can have their crazy moment.

The air hostess, according to her, block her from disembarking,called her a prostitute, forcefully removed her wig from her head to cause her pain and then smashed her phone on the floor ,and you expect her not to react?

In case you don't know, the law supports her behaviour. It's called self defence in the face of extreme provocation . Ask a lawyer about what I just said so you stop framing her reaction as unruly.

As Nigerians, we are experts in criminal law and defence of criminals. Not that she’s a criminal but you are just putting up a defence for a someone who displayed an antisocial behaviour, a misdemeanour in any country’s bylaws.

There’s something called civil aviation bylaws. That act empowers airlines and aircrews to maintain the right onboard environment that’s both safe and comfortable for their passengers. It also authorises them to manage onboard disturbances.

That lady did not comply to lawful instructions without compulsion and she both verbally and physically assaulted flight crew members on duty. Nobody should be assaulted for doing their jobs or at their jobs.

When the flight landed, the crew did the right thing by trying to keep her onboard until she’s arrested even though they should have first waited until the airport security boarded before releasing the doors, that way they will come to the erring passenger whilst she seated and escort her out of the plane before releasing the door. In any case, they were right in apprehending for causing a disturbance inflight.

Saying she was prevented from leaving means you expected them to allow her go free for assaulting them.

This sort of incident can only end like this in Nigeria. Let her attempt it on her Dubai flight and see how it will turn out if they won’t cuff onboard and arrest immediately that plane touches down.

You're not in a position to say she's lying. It's the responsibility of the airline to do so since they have the footage of al that transpired from take off till deboarding of passengers in Lagos. Let them release all the videos connected with the incident.

Moreover,her story alings with other eye witnesses account. So ,who then is lying

I said she’s lying because that lady in that video is not the sort of lady that will ignore an insult or a slight from someone who she reckon is rendering her a service she paid.
