Propaganda government. The bridge collapsed more than a month ago and now this for media game. This Governor has a lot in common with my present Governor.

No, it should not happen for the following reasons

1.Governments past and present have a poor track record of managing businesses.

2.It drives away investors. Which investor is going to come and invest in a country where his or her business would be taken over by the government without so much as an 'if you please'

3.It's going to cost the government billions in legal fees. (See the recent government study on the billions it would cost just to buy back power distribution companies without ending in the courts.).

4.Massive job losses.

Sorry, but nationalization does not work these days. Maybe back in the 1970's when the economy was less global. Not now.

The businesses should simply be destroyed and properties taken over by force.

This Ihedioha is a disgrace to common sense and many commenting on this post are equally as stupid as he is. Imo wasn't the only State that benefited from bail out fund and the total sum was 26 billion spread over 20 years. Imo is not paying 1 billion monthly because if they are then the 26 billion would have long been cleared in 26 months from 2016 to 2019.

On another note Imo IGR increased to over 1 billion monthly under Okorocha and he was able to build all the infrastructure and run free education without complaint but this Ihedioha has severed the IGR to 300 million or 600 million monthly as a directionless leader and will definitely not be able to maintain free education.

The issue at stake isn't what Sullivan dustributed because when Rochas distributed better ones these same people incited the Keke operators into rejecting it after which the idea of more affordable taxis was conceived and to me they are good enough. Owerri is about the only city with working taxi in the East and not tricycle which is a landmark achievement.

The issue here is that Ihedioha is trying to erase the facts which remind people that Rochas did well as Governor. They've gone ahead to covertly destroy roads, bridges and other infrastructures built by Rochas in order to deceive people but presently Imolites are completely aware and already wish he is removed ASAP. These were the 1st taxis launched by Rochas which was rejected

Ihedioha has introduced new taxi colour saying the one introduced by Rochas is substandard and also changed the names from Taximo and Busimo to Imotaxi and Imobus respectively. That's how low governance has descended in Imo State.

This only shows investments in his State which to me is commendable. If all the past Governors invested in the State like Rochas and his family living and trading among the people even after leaving government and facing same challenges with them, the State would have been much better.

He is flagging off projects tomorrow but I think he has already lost the love of the people because of his earlier miscalculations. Okorocha did better as Governor than all his predecessors and handed over a buoyant and thriving State to Ihedioha but everything has nosedived in 3 months because instead of getting to work a hatched plan to discredit Okorocha has been his agenda.

Nigerians should withdraw from anything partneeship with the satanic country of South Africa. If you rented a shop in their complex it is better you pull out and relocate to a Nigerian owned complex for good.

"Diasporan city" but it will definitely be abandoned. The idea was for diaspora to fund it but bitter politics killed it and the former Governor used State funds to build it to this level.

The Governor haulted the move from the old high court to this site for reasons best known to him but even at that he should have maintained the infrastructure until when ready. The building and electronics might be covertly vandalized in order to blame his predecessor.

The Complex was commissioned on May 15th with everything top notch including solid building structures, landscaping, interior and electrical /electronics.

Justice Oputa Judiciary complex built by Okorocha, commissioned in May and adjudged the best in Nigeria is already a shadow of itself. Isn't Ihedioha the worst Governor in Nigeria today?

You seem to miss the point. Rochas spread development in Imo State but however did more in Owerri but his point is that Ihedioha should do more in other places outside Owerri area. As for me all I want is more development irrespective of the area.

On the Ideato erosion Okorocha did the logistics and paid the counterpart funding but disagreed with the inflated contract sum. Moreover it was reported as federal project then but it is actually a World Bank assisted project to States

This Hospital has been vandalized and the claddings removed in some areas while hospital equipments have been removed by Government agents. The gates have been removed, fencing demolished and formerly relocated traders brought back to trade in the premises.
