Civil servants and paramilitary/military officers can accept less than 50k salary because there are numerous ways to make money under the table. An immigration officer with 200k/month salary can make 2M extra monthly from passport runs.

It is the government’ fault that cost of living is increasing and salaries aren’t. It is the government’s fault that entrepreneurs can’t get access to loans. Unfavorable business conditions and government policies are also the fault of the government.

If fraud will help you survive, I’m encouraging you to do it.

I said to myself, babe, life is too short, enjoy small na
Na so I enter say make I spent 500 from the profit.
I saw people picking plate and a woman was scooping Amala into their plate
I picked mine too and she asked how many?
I said merin which means four little scoop
I moved staright to the ewedu and gbegiri line, the soup was enough for up to 4 persons
Next was the stew and meat line
I did not bother to ask the guy the price cos I thought at all at all meat ll not pass 500
I collected one bokoto
Na so I say make I pay money o
I handed 1k note to the cashier and he demanded for More

He said those tiny scoops I thought was 50# is actually 100# and since I collected 4, the Amala is 400. Mogbe!

In Lagos, you want to survive on 50k with no free accommodation, no free transportation, no free feeding.

First of all, he can't get anything apart from face me and face you house where room will be in oshodi and bathroom will be in agege....

Let's say he spend 1k per day on food which is almost impossible. That's already 30k per month.

Brooooooo. Monday to Saturday - 50k.... 9 to 6pm, Erasing any mindset of side hustle....... To even think of the fact this company made applicants write exams and strict interview. That company will reap its fruit for this wickedness....

Something is fishy about the coy. I did interview with them, they were talking about conversing with prospective customer. Also no traces of there presence on Google not to talk of social platform like LinkedIn.
My advice just be careful with contract you sign. You might work for a month and not get paid since no physical office or online presence.

Greetings to you all, Please I'll like to know if customer service job can be done remotely for firms in other countries from Nigeria.
Looking at situation of things in the country, it is evident that one needs a side hustle to meet up with needs.
A friend recently to me about this remote job stuff and I'm picking interest in it. I'm not into tech, but rather have been in customer service for years.
All the remote jobs I'm seeing online are requesting the applicants to be residents of the country.
That keeps me wondering if one can do this from Nigeria.
Please your advice, suggestions and experience are highly needed here to guide me.
