Sadly his rants MAY just be right. It beats me how a people will want one thing and the law makers cannot do anything to enforce its constituents wishes.
Restructuring would have solved our problem but as it stands, maybe its time all Federating groups "answer their papa names".

Deltans, please and please, listen to a man that has been tested in his field and is one of the brightest brains especially in economic matters.
Cast your minds back to how delta state was in the 90's with companies everywhere.
Alas, those are gone and the once bubbling state is now filled with thugs and political jobbers while staff of all these bubling companies are forced to be okada and keke riders just to make ends meet.
With utomi's pedigree i believe he can turn the state around.
Lets put an end to the ibori dynasty.
However, a note of caution; changing the executive while retaining this present crop of state legislators will only replay what is happening at the national level where the nat assembly is frustrating the executive just to score political points.
Let the schooled generation educate the unschooled to vote in a pragrmatic team so delta state can be great again. Forget tribal sentiments and pick the best.

The man who dug up the whole warri in the name of road construction and covered up julius berger-laid water channels on the NPA-DSC high way with paved walkways on an expressway (tell me who needs walkways on an express?).
Now the rains can no longer drain off the highway thereby destroying the roads.
Is this the type of person you want Professor Pat Utomi to reason with?
A man whose constiuents rejected him in his rabid desire to transform to a senator after destroying the whole of warri.

The Council Of Nicea.

Its said that the book of revelation narrowly missed being expunged from the compilations of the bible.

This implies that other works of other early writers were not included that refutes this grace message.
So much has been written about the LOST BOOKS OF THE BIBLE
