*Some worship money.
*Some worship their pastors.

*Some are in a church like someone in bondage.
*Some stick to that church for fear of curses.

If both your pastors are only preaching blessing, prosperity, wealth, riches, money, marriage and not repentance, forgiveness, love not lust, don't confuse which for which, faith, endurance, patience, belief, true gospel, preparation for the second coming of JESUS CHRIST, holiness, righteousness, stedfastness, then, they ain't preparing you for the return for reward of our LORD, both of you need to leave your churches and come join mine. Why I said so because there is no scriptural basis for not eating meat on a good Friday. What is the use not eating meat on good Friday but you can eat other days?. So eat as much as you like if you can.

I would rather be friends with a Christian guy who has tattoos but sincerely loves God and his fellow humans than be friends with a so-called Christian who doesn't have tattoos but whose heart is full of deceit, malice and zero love for his fellow human being.

I am not a Catholic, but if they do this to remember the sufferings and sacrifices of the Lord Jesus, I think it is good. It will help us to check our ways and see if we are living for Christ or not

actually not in the Bible but according to the Catholic Doctrine,
It's believed Jesus Christ suffered and died on the cross on a Friday, Christians from the very beginning have set aside that day to remember this and 'unite their sufferings'.

This led the Church to mark every Friday as a 'Good Friday', where people remember the Passion by offering the 'penance'.


Meat was seen as a worthy sacrifice as it was linked with feasts and celebrations.

In ancient cultures meat was seen as a delicacy and "the fattened calf" wasn't slaughtered unless there was something to celebrate.

Fridays were seen as a day of penance so eating meat on a Friday to "celebrate" the death of Jesus didn't sit well with the Catholic Church.

I just stumbled on a post on FB where It was said that Christians are not supposed to eat meat today so I was kinda confused so decided to put up the question here. Are Christians not supposed to eat meat today? With reasons for your answers please.

The reason why he was told that if not for the mercy of God and for the message he was to pass to the world that he was being sent back to life is because...
A day before his death, his wife offended him (slapped him) and he was annoyed and didnt forgive his wife before traveling to the village and having an accident on his way back. Although he asked God for forgiveness while he was being taken to his personal doctor's hospital, but God DIDN'T FORGIVE HIM BECAUSE HE DIDN'T FORGIVE HIS WIFE. So, he would have missed heaven because he didn't forgive his wife after his wife annoyed him.
THE ONLY THING THAT SAVED HIM WAS THE MERCY OF GOD AND THE MESSAGE HE WAS BEING SENT TO DELIVER.
