I almost lost a job because my boss said I was too quiet.. He called me aside one day and said if I didn't start talking to customers, he'd have to let me go.
I went home feeling very bad and thinking about how I'd manage, coz I really needed the job.

Next day, he set me up with a customer. Mehhnn.. It wasn't funny at all. He told me I had to convince her to get a product..
When I walked up to her,greeted, told her to have a seat and then I blanched! Thankfully, she was a nice elderly woman, maybe she noticed my unease and just took over and started talking about her son. I smiled, nodded and gave monosyllabic replies when needed.

At the end of the day, she bought plenty plenty, not because she needed it, but because she liked me

My boss couldn't stop laughing after the woman had left. He just had to leave me to continue with my actual job as a secretary and leave the talking and convincing to my colleagues.

OP, you don't have money for feeding but you have enough money to commute to a different state to visit prophet.

While reading your write-up I saw where you told her all the first pastor that conducted a deliverance on her had said and she cried and begged you not to leave her. Apart from crying and begging what else did she say? Did she refute all the prophet had said?

Personally, I don't believe in all of these negative prophecies, I don't even go looking for them. If you're going to prophesy something about me, it better be seeing me swimming in money, if not, mooooveee!.
But, I can see you believe these prophets and are letting their prophecies influence your decision, that's okay.
I think you should talk to her, tell her about your travels and let her know you've made up your mind to end the relationship. If not, both of you should agree to take a break from each other and see where it goes.

Because staying in that relationship with her is as good as being single,coz your mind no dey there again.

Let's say she did steal those things, He should have followed the "normal" procedure of arresting her, charging her to court until she is proven guilty. Apparently, we live in an abnormal country, these things are expected.

In children church years back, our pastor would always tell us that whenever we were faced with temptations we should always pray and then say this continuously " I am the righteous of God in Christ Jesus" we all laughed about it. But somehow, it became my mantra when ever I was faced with temptations, because I began to think about the consequences or aftermath of whatever evil I wanted to engage myself in.

I know it's sounds stupid, but I wanted to share anyway... Hope it helps you somehow.

I had these "friends' in sec school(4) I wanted to believe we were real close. I've forgotten what really happened but 3 outta 4 stopped talking to me, and I am this real quiet type, didn't know how to make friends. Anyway, I was left with 1, so I confided in her( something about one of my friends, coz I couldn't tell my parents, I didn't know whether or not they'd believe me)
Immediately I told her, I was restless, I knew I had made a mistake. Next day in school I pleaded with her not to tell them, like I was close to crying, e no reach 30 mins she don go tell them.
Long story short, they made my life miserable, it wasn't funny at all.
Haven't had friends since then.

There's this person that uses "incognito" as his/ her moniker, they inspired me.

I like how it sounds and it's meaning.

All these people shouting "you're a simp", "stop being a simp" " you're a weak man" The funny thing is, in reality, they have absolutely no idea that they're the real definition of simp. One girl is just sitting down somewhere, and without even trying too hard, she's just massaging your mumu button.

Why are some people acting like OP buying her a phone is equivalent to giving her a ticket to heaven

She's been using her phone even before she met you and while reading OP's write up I didn't read that she was coaxing, pressuring, forcing or begging him to buy her a phone. He said he felt like buying her a phone would do both of them good.

So, OP if you wanna get her a phone, get her one. If you don't want to nko, don't buy. It's not a do or die affair.

I don't like receiving calls, most of the time I don't know what to say and then it gets really awkward, infact sef I use to have heat stroke
If I get a call, I just look at my screen until it ends and then I send a message, I only pick up when I know it's a customer.
I can put my phone on airplane mode for days, that's the only time I feel at peace

I don't make calls or else it's very urgent, people don complain tire, I'd rather send a message
