I can now say very clearly that all Nigerian politicians are the same. Just when you think you've seen someone different, boom! You get the shock of your life. I can't imagine my obaseki endorsing a total fraud. How can an inauguration be held at night?is it an ogboni meeting? Nigeria is a theatre of absurdities. We'll remain laughing stock in the eyes of the international community. I'm a strong fan of obaseki, but he got it wrong this time. He would've lobbied other legislators to buy into his choice of speaker. This ogboni style of inauguration is shameful.

But he still hasn't said a thing against obaseki which tells you something, even ojezua as state chairman is backing obaseki becos he knows eventually Adams would free obaseki las las.


If oshomole denies obaseki ticket he himself would be creating enemy with Edo people particularly Edo south people who sees obaseki is been victimized for working for them.

He would get his ticket, I don't see him defecting, that is the major reason oshomole hasn't spoken out against him or attack him like he normally would.

Obaseki will remain in Apc and get a second term.In due time everyone will be on the same page to return him. The little shaking has done some jobs already. He now calls regular meetings of the party,it wasn't the case before,the water storm he abandoned has kicked off across the state,the abandoned central hospital has commenced operation and he has promised to realease board appointments by next week. He has done well in my opinion but he has to improve on his interpersonal skills.I'm certain they'll resolve all differences before the governorship election next year.

What you don't know is that neither the so called short man nor obaseki or ize iyamu are enemies. They agree and disagree on personal interest,they're really not enemies. I only pity their hungry supporters. In the end you will be shocked how they'll all resolve their differences leaving their poor supporters to continue fighting on empty stomach. Politics in Nigeria lacks principle,it's better to stay away from Nigerian politicians. They'll soon come and tell you,it was a family affair. Just watch out!

Tambuwal didn't have majority of members elect on his side initially, but he lobbied and negotiated his way through to get the speaker of his choice elected on the floor of the house. He didn't send proclamation letter at 10pm in the night. The inauguration took place during the day with all the members elect present.

That's my point exactly. He didn't have to send proclamation letter at 10pm in the night or 6am early morning like Edo and Bauchi governors did in order to shut out the majority from the inauguration ceremony. Every politician in Nigeria has a price,just lobby and negotiate. You saw what happened in the NASS election where many Pdp lawmakers abandoned the directives of their party and voted lawan and Femi. They struck a deal with many of them,that's politics for you. You don't have to convoke the house at odd hours. Just imagine the clerk of the NASS convoking the house at 10pm in the night!

The governors of Bauchi and Edo States lack interpersonal skills.They should go and take lectures from governor Tambuwal of sokoto state.

Don't blame obaseki, his offense is he should share money so no consultation or settlement would appease oshomole.

It is only a matter of oba stepping in and prevailing on oshomole to allow obaseki finish in peace (Adams listen to oba).

Don't know why people are self centered, oshomole looted Edo dry obaseki covered for him and manages to still fix things yet he is not happy.
