Reggae legend Ras kimono’s wife, Efe Okedi is dead, 3 months after her husband passed away
Three months after the death of reggae veteran, Ras Kimono, his wife, Efemena Okedi, has passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018.

According to reports, Okedi, died in the early hours of today at her Magodo Isheri home in Lagos. The cause of her death is still unknown.

Confirming the death of Efe to Pulse Nigeria, the Project Manager of Premiere Music, Michael Odiong, said the sad incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, September 23
“Yes, Efe Kimono is dead. She was confirmed dead today, early this morning. I can’t give out any other detail aside this for now.” Odiong told Pulse.

Reggae icon, Ras Kimono was report to have passed away on the 10th of June.

Kimono before his death celebrated his 60th birthday with friends and family and was supposed to travel to the United States before his demise.

The Nigerian veteran singer who was scheduled to travel to United States a night before his death, reportedly complained of not feeling too well. However after he was rushed to a hospital in Ikeja, then later taken to Lagoon Hospital, he eventually gave up the ghost.

Deborah de Robertis, known for her provocative appearances across the country, took off all of her clothes in front of the famous statue of Our Lady of Lourdes, in the Occitanie region. She had on only a blue veil on her head as she clasped her hands in front of her in a praying position at the pilgrimage hotspot.







Parents and children were present as the 34-year-old stood naked. One shocked bystander even tried covering the woman up with a veil.



Police were called to the scene immediately and Deborah was arrested and placed in custody for a few hours.







Prosecutor of Tarbes Pierre Aurignac said:

The police were called by people on the spot, they arrested her and placed her in custody for a few hours.

The 34-year-old performer was ordered to attend the correctional hearing on 19th May to be tried for sexual exhibition.



This is not the first time the artist has been in the news for exhibitionism. In October, she stripped naked in a performance at the Louvre Museum in Paris, next to the famous painting of the Mona Lisa, and faced court charges, which were dismissed shortly after the trial began. The National Association of Nigerian Prostitutes, NANP, has declared support for the candidature of Bukola Saraki ahead of the 2019 presidential election.

Tion told our reporter that since the new government came on board in 2015, “things became terrible for us.”
She lamented low patronage due to bad economy.

She said, “We are supporting Alhaji (Bukola) Saraki because he’s a man we can trust. Nigeria needs someone who is smart and can bring about change in the nation and not change by mouth.

“We are disappointed in this government because since they came on board, we have been living in hell on earth. Things have gone so bad.

“People no longer patronize us because no money anywhere. Person never chop ‘bellle full’ na lite em wan come lite?
“We need a real change and we think Saraki is the right man, not this baba go-slow.
“We shall be mobilizing our members in the 36 states of the federation and the FCT ahead of the election,” she told our reporter.

’Nigerias Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has revealed how expectant parents can detect the sex of their unborn child without going through ultra-sound scan but using N1,000 note.

The minister stated this during the reception of the wedding of Tolulope Ajibola and Kolapo Faleye, both petroleum engineers.

Tolulope is the daughter Chief Simon Ajibola, a former Senator who represented Kwara South in the National Assembly while the groom’s father is Mr. Olufemi Faleye also from Kwara.

Speaking during the wedding ceremony, the minister said:

“I am so delighted to be invited to be the chairman of this wedding ceremony because wedding ceremony is a thing of joy. I pray that happiness will not cease from our homes.”

“I will start my address by referring us to the Book of Isaiah chapter 4, verse 1 which says:

“The time shall come when seven women shall take hold of one man and say food, shelter we shall provide, please let us bear your name to save us this disgrace.

“So, I rejoice with Pelumi that God has given you, your own husband. I pray your union shall be fruitful and enduring.

“To the groom, I want to refer you to the Book of Deuteronomy 24:5 which says: When a man weds, he shall not be called upon to go to war or work. He shall stay in the house with the wife for one full year.
I am going to speak with Mr. Faleye to allow you to stay for one year so that you can do your duty.
