The message could be lost if you keep omitting "not" in it. You are quite pained i can see, sorry about the refusal.... Your last trip out of Nigeria to the UK and Ireland was for what purpose? Is there any marked difference in your last DS160 form and this one? Will you please furnish us with your previous interview transcript? Sometimes it works better when you deliberately refuse to apply for all members of your family so as to create more ties.

However will ask, at what point exactly did this interview end, what was the last question? Your travel history and that of your family particularly, are they legit (don't let one agent go and be speaking "turenchi" for you and giving "yeye" assurances while introducing fakes into your passport as travel history)? You come across as one pouring out his real heart (that's your LinkedIn details you put out here I presume, whether built or real), but one has to watch it still! You somehow seem to be over-pushing this thing though, especially with the letter written, have a grip of you I will suggest.... Regards
Asking if my travel history are geniuine sound insultive as I have never gone through any agent in my life. I usually read through each country's visa requirement and apply accordingly. Yes, there was mark difference between the las DS160 form and this one but it doesnt's matter. That's my real linkedin profile and it's real not built and I am still stuck to my point that US's VOs grant and deny people at their discretion. It seems you really want to know about my first denial ? It was in 2015 when I was going to write my CCIE practical lab and I decided to write it in San Jose as one of the few centers in the world and it was four us who were preparing for the same exam in the same office. I started the preparating two year before every other person joined when they all saw my determination as the exam is said to be one the most difficult IT exam in the world . one of us chose Brusel in Belgium and the rest of us chose San Jose in US. I slept in the office for four years preparing for the exam. As it was time to write the exam, I applied for US visa first being the first person who was very ready to go and I was denied and ther rest of my colleagues who applied affterwards were granted. It now became worrysome in my office as the exam has been paid for (1600 usd) and one can only reschudeule with additional 500 usd to another location. Rescheduling was not the case but getting another exam seat was then big issue and Cisco was retiring that version (version 3) to version 4. Do u know what that mean ? Automatically I will have to go back and start preparing for the new version for at least another 2 or 3 years. At this point, those with visas to write their exams could not express their happiness and it was five months to the retirement of version 3. I eventually got a seat through an online study Indian colleague who felt I have helped and contributed immensely by solving difficult tasks in the group . I was meant to be first to write the practical lab but i was forced to be the last to write the exam in May 14th 2015 in Bangalore, India . I passed the exam on first attempt and I decided to take my family round the world for their support. Honestly I am not frowning at their denial but their generic reason for denial (214b). My first Irish visa application was denied but reasons highlighted , I appealed and my family and I were granted in less than 2 days . So bro, I read through each country's visa requirement thoroughly.

Yes, I partly agreed with you that the situation is a bit over-pushed by putting my linkedin profile out here which has been corected but I didn’t agree with the letter part. It is said the way it is and just as I have said in the letter to them. I will take my family to Disneyland Paris and focus on my CCDE preparation next year. When I am through with d CCDE , I will then apply for Canadian visiting visa for the family vacation where documents are properly investigated and verified. Thanks anyway for your words and concern.

Less I forget, prior to 2015, I have never applied for any visa appication because I didnt have any reason for traveling. I was then buiding a professional profile so as to earn more and be recognized for professonalism. I can categorically say I have always been handling my stuff.

Regards,

Hi, sorry about your denial. Typically, people mention things they want to see in New York when it's their choice tourist destination. Then again, what travel dates were you proposing? For the winter is harsh there at the moment. About your UK visas, I have one curiosity. Did you apply for the UK visas jointly?
Meanwhile, perhaps you can take another family vacation to another country: I am sure you are considering this already. All the best.
Yes, we applied jointly. The VO would allow me to talk further .

Hi all....our transcript., 10:45am, 02/02/18, Lagos (me, wiffy and and our 2 children 6(son) and 4 (daughter) I was denied in 2015 based on 214b and it was unbelievable.

Vo- Good morning waving at my children
Us- Good morning.
Vo- why and where are u going to the US
Me- We are going to New York City for family vacation
vo- why New York?
Me - I said that from the research I have been made to know that it's one of the finest tourist centers in the world.
Vo- ok, and what d u do?
Me- I am a senior IP Design Specialist with xyz Telecom and I wanted to explain further but she stopped me
Vo- ma, what do u do?
Wife - Homemaker
Vo- have u traveled out of the country before
me - Yes, I have traveled to India 2015, Belgium and Netherland in 2016 and My family and I also traveled to the UK
the same year, I was in Dubai in 2017 for self-sponsored training and I just returned from the UK and Ireland trip 2 weeks ago.
Vo - She asked again if we have traveled together as a family
Both of us- yes. December 2016
Vo- scrutinizing our visas with an instrument.
Vo- she started typing for 2 to 3 mins
Vo- The next thing from her was sorry you are qualified for the visa this time... you could.......

I didn't bother to listen to the rest of her speech...Just right there I concluded that American embassy does not have a
right visa application process. The so-called VO just grant and deny visa at their discretion

You need to exercise some patience. Or send them an email on:

abujaembassy@dfa.ie

Explain to them that your appeal is over 6 weeks and you are yet to get a decision.

Goodluck
Appeal ,for the Irish Embassy , is treated as good as uniqueness of the application. My appeal was considered within 2 days. Please be truthful and professional when sending a mail to them. In fact, I recommend you send a mail to them explaining your circumstance to them. Be truthful.!

Thanks. Any idea of exchange rate GTB charged?
The total conversion rate charged as at 3 weeks ago was 44,410.22 Naira for 121 USD. And this was captioned on my initial response. See the attached once again.

ask your bank the maximum foreign transfer you can do with your ATM cos it ha limit some anything above 100 dollar in a month it wont go
GTB is 1000 USD monthly for Naira Debit card while dollar card is said to be unrestricted based on the last update I got from them.

Sorry my initial reply was wrong.

Judging by what a lot of people have said here GTB Naira mastercard will not work, use dollar account or get somebody in the UK or US to help you make the payment.

I have read far too many posts in this section about this payment issue with GTB Naira mastercard
That is not true ...GTB's Naira Mastercard works now for UK' s visa application. I used it 3 weeks ago for a colleague's UK' s visa application payment.

Very correct, u cannot rule out the fact that the volume of applications from Nigeria is alot higher than Tanzania. However, each application is treated with its own uniqueness and specifics. I applied alongside a friend of mine on 31st July and my application was decided on 14th August while my friend's was decided on 16th August. I got a decision mail from TLS today. In a nutshell, each application is treated with its own uniqueness. Less I forget , my friend is a 1st timer applicant.
Hello people, my friend got a mail for documents collection from TLS today but she has lost check list slip she was given during d biometrics. What can she do to get her document at TLS ?

I have been granted a six-month visiting visa. I took biometrics on 31st July and application was decided on 14th August on UKVI website. The decision mail was sent on 20th August from TLS and collection was sent on 21st August. I collected my document today, 22nd August 2017.
