I really wonder who did the calculation and all the "African Richest" Artistes listing thing

First, it's a known fact that P-square always have sold out shows accross africa, Europe and other parts of the world, they are 240 million naira Glo Ambassadors, Oil businessmen, real estate owners and shrewd business celebrities and also working strategically with one of the world's biggest record labels and so massive income streaming from digital and other sales. However, bulk of income has to be shared by three major parties: Peter, Paul and Engees and so reduce individual wealth ownership. However, P-sqaure is still termed as a unit superbrand

Next u have the "Oliver Twist" business man artiste, Koko master D'Banj. Who doesnt know that he was the engine room of the defunct Mo-hit. One of the biggest celebrities cash cow in Nigeria and Africa's entertainment industry. He is as dogged as they come. The BOI ambassadorial deal wasnt disclosed, so we dont know how much was involved (but u imagine what a BOI would have shelled out as bank to have Dbanj as its "face" brand". Signed to major record labelled in US (Good Music), UK (Def Jam), Africa (Sony Music) and used to be the biggest Glo Ambassador. And recently, Hennessy Artistry headlining Artiste. if you know dbanj very well, for every business negotiation, he is an oliver twist who will get very "milk milk-able" to be on board. Performing at some of the biggest shows accross Nigeria, Africa, and elsewhere around the world including amazzing 21 million Youtube view never achieved by african artiste, and apart from his other media and "silent" businesses which makes him fly all around the world every other day in first class or business class along with a convoy of his professionals (if you know what that means in term of funds). With houses in Lekki, London, Atlanta and also rumoured in New York, he is a super wealthy Nigerian Celebrity

The super producer, Don Jazzy who is every present on social media and studio has good thing going for him - the Loya Milk ambassador branding, recently MTN brand (this i must say as a business analyst is not major endorsement which i stand to be corrected), and was also co-endoresed on samsung with Dbanj. He has regular income coming from producing for artiste and corporate brand. However, he rarely headline major shut down evernts, shows, or corporate platforms neither any of his Marvin record artistes, except Tiwa who is trying (and so here spending on promotions and logistic of Marvin records may even outstrip income generated as the artiste are not headlining major events as well, those who know business will agree with me here. The no 1 in Nigeria ranking is poo-ooh although without any disrespect to the iconic producer

Next is Wizkid who is a super Pepsi ambassador and now recently MTN ambassador. This guy is ubiquitous in term of performing and headling big event accross africa and elsewhere. Wizzy is so much in money that u imagine how is coping with spending or why do u think EME was not happi to have him own his record label? For the bulky percentage they used to make on him (some ppl say as much as 60 percent for every show). Let me stop here in Wizzy

So in the ranking, i strongly say that Don Jazzy is never richer than P-sqaure, Dbanj, Wizkid and even doubt if he is richer than Banky W. Although i didnt include tuface cos tubaba may be slowing down at the moment in term of revenue

Take it or leave it, these things are commonplace in the work environment...so, here we go with the tips...!

*Learn to accept compliments gracefully and professionally...be as formal as possible without being boring.

*Rides to and fro work helps save costs, but don't be miserly. In trying to save such costs, do not begin to raise the suspicion of co-workers or allow room for contempt via familiarity just because you go to and fro work with a particular person all the time.

*Avoid revealing clothing as much as possible.

*Be good at what you do...you would be respected, rather than seen as owing anyone your body or affection as compensation for mistakes covered up.

*Don't flirt unconsciously or jokingly, your words and actions might not be taken lightly especially outside the work environment. Also, let your marital status be clear to everyone...are you married, engaged or otherwise?

*Dating the boss may leave you as the apple of his eyes and earn you some extra cash...but love to earn your money, especially via legitimate means.

*Don't love being the center of controversies...if the air needs to be cleared, please do so...and asap too...!

Taraba State Governor who has just returned into the country since October last year has dissolved the Taraba State executive council and sacked his special advisers. He has also sacked the secretary to the state government and chief of staff to the state government.

According to Sahara Reporters, this came shortly after the attorney general of the state, Barrister G. T Kataps outlined reasons the governor didn't need to appear before the house of assembly before taking over power in the state 72 hours after he returned to the government. Mr. Katap was then announced as the new secretary of the state government.

Yesterday the shocking story of young lady, Ese Walters alleged that she had an affair with the senior Pastor Of COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo. If you missed it, read it HERE .Today another lady has suffice to tell her own encounter with the handsome pastor.

The lady who simply address herself as Franca E., also allege that she also took photographs of the encounter and has dared the randy preacher to deny it.

This Ese Walters story is true. I was introduced to the church in Abuja by my childhood friend, who moved to Abuja from Calabar two years before I did. When I joined, she was also a PCU worker. I really felt welcome in the church up until my friend started having problems with other women. She told me it was because Pastor Biodun trusted her with so many official things even above workers that were there before her. I believed her until the day she had an misunderstanding with another worker who called her 'Ashewo Mary Magdalene' in the church. After that, her enthusiasm for church started waning while mine was getting stronger till the day she told me she was leaving the church and shortly after she left.

By that time, Pastor Biodun had developed an interest in counseling me and then started telling me to take my friends place as a PCU worker. I was reluctant because I didnt feel like coming to church early and leaving late but Pastor biodun assured me that his personal driver will pick me and drop me off and so I agreed. I started work as arranged but after a while, I noticed that the pastor did not respect personal space when talking to me when we were alone.

He would stand soooooo close and rub my upper arms or my back which made me very uncomfortable. The final straw was when he said I should go with him to Lagos to take notes and transfer same online immediately for some Pentacostal thing he was attending and he knew I was very computer literate. I was excited till we reached Lagos and I realized that only one room was booked at the Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi. Of course I complaint and the Pastor called the front desk ( or pretended to) to demand for another room. He said they would call back when the room was ready. He then told me to help massage his back becos he has back ache from sitting on the flight. I said I was tired since it was already after 8. He then insisted I lay down on the bed to rest while waiting. I said I preferred to sit at the desk and he laughed saying that I was acting like a small girl or a village uneducated girl.

He then went in to take a shower. I then called the front desk to remind then about the extra room. I wasn't surprised when I was told that they had vacant rooms and that nobody had requested for an extra room. By this time, I knew what was up and was ready for the fool. I opened his pouch and saw his wallet which had his lisence. Took a picture of the wallet and the License on the pillow on the bed with my head in the shot. I opened the door and took several pictures of myself, the wallet and the License with the room number.

Came back in, once I heard the shower stop, I started audio recording on my BB. He came out with a towel around his waist and started telling me how attracted he was to me. He said many derogatory things about his wife, calling her a postcard…pretty on the outside but flat and empty upstairs. He said sex with her was like having sex with a cold dead fish…he tried to kiss me and I stood up, picked up my traveling bag, moved to the door, opened it and quickly took a picture of him, standing with a towel around him. He started begging. I called him all sorts of names and insisted he give me money for a separate room or I would scream 'rape'. To cut a long story short, he asked me to shut the door, I refused, he brought out 2 bundles of N1000 and asked me to delete before he gives me the money.

I told him he was in no position to negotiate. Got the money, left the Randy goat with a deflated erection and checked into another room. First thing the next morning, I left for ABJ. By the way, remember my childhood friend that introduced me to COZA? I narrated my experience to her and she confessed that she was sleeping with Biodun for over a year, even on his marital bed when his wife traveled. Oga Pastor, try and deny my story publicly and see American wonder….I still have the pictures and our conversation on tape. Thank God for technology!!!!!! Franca E

This i must add was really a suicide mission as the renowned diver who is known as a skilled 'shark whisperer' was filmed putting her hand (yes, it is a woman!) inside a shark's mouth to remove a fishing hook lodged in its gullet.

With sharks swarming all around her the Italian-born Cristina Zenato fearlessly reaches into
the predator's mouth and pulls the hook out.

Ms Zenato uses her ability to put the sharks in a sleepy state to educate other divers, remove parasites and even - as in this case - take out fishing hooks caught in their mouths.
She said, 'In my daily work and dives with sharks I am always removing their hooks. 'In this particular case it was harder than usual. After putting the shark in tonic I had to pull it from deep inside.'

Ms Zenato was able to put the shark into a trance-like state by rubbing pores around its face and head, a trick which cause 'tonic immobility' - a state of paralysis that lasts up to 15 minutes

Former Minister of Nigeria's Federal Capital, Nasir El-Rufai, has reportedly declared that members of the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) fear General Muhammadu Buhari (ret.) more than they fear God. He allegedly said this in a radio interview monitored on-line.
