ragdollz:Lmao, that would make an interesting story. After arguing, Mobinga and I will have passionate sex lol. pinkrex:lol ask am o!! |
Araboy:lol, no problem. Can't wait to see how your rep Brooklyn on Nairaland. |
Araboy:I was there today. My former high school is close to the Brooklyn Heights so I pretty much hang out there a lot. I have some friends that live around there. |
pinkrex:No, I can't. Its wrong and disgusting . 190: ![]() |
AngieFan:Oh ok. I was unaware of the part about the photographer. Thanks for sharing. And yes, racism is still very much alive and well here in the US. I think because people outside of the US see certain images on tv, they assume that all is well over here. Not too long ago, I was at a Russian neighborhood with a male friend of mine and we were being affectionate with one another and I got a dirty look from a young Russian couple that was walking by. The scars of racism are still very fresh within American society. Some people may look at it and say "Move on" or "That was a long time ago" but that just not the case. Its a very touching subject both for African Americans and African living in America [especially for those Africans who have grown up or lived in the US for a long time]. |
I wanna slap all of them!!! Hell, I wanna slap some of the Hollywood ones as well ![]() |
Hello Araboy, nice to meet you. Its cool to see a fellow Brooklynite on Nairaland . |
pinkrex:Ummm, for your sake I hope what you just said was a joke . R.ape is about power not sex and its a violation of any man or woman. And fyi, men do get r.aped as well both by men and women [yes, its possible for a man to be r.aped by a woman]. |
Yes, I have sat down an assessed the past two months and I have come to the conclusion that I need to make major changes in my life |
@Araboy: Are you really in Brooklyn Heights? |
pinkrex:lol ![]() Mobinga:No I didn't. You should have know I would have come in here with bullets blazin' when you created this thread. Mobinga:What peace? You and I would have been going at it all day long. We're both stubborn in our own ways. |
Dis Guy:lol, you're right. It might happen but I'm hoping and praying it doesn't. I wanna look like my grandmother when I'm really old. The woman has had 4 kids and her legs are still toned!!! I'm a gym rat/health freak [in a good way] so there is no way I will purposely let myself slip . |
Dis Guy:I'm not trying to bash her--I'm a slim girl so for me to imagine myself at her size, it would be bit too much for me. Yes, for a woman who has had 3 kids she looks ok. I've seen women who are younger than her and have had only one child and look horrible. I don't think she too fat and I definitely don't think she's slim. Its just not not how my body is so I would be uncomfortable. I've always been a slim/athletic girl so I hope this clarifies why I made my previous comment. |
OP: Why should any of us care if he's gay? What does that have to do with his music? Sheesh!!! |
Tunmi:Hmmm, good point |
190:Your more than welcome to meet me. Just come to New York and spend a week with me
Lol. Let Ileke Idi tell it. . . lol. Anyhow, she's a. . . . How do yall call em? Yeah, A "Big mUMU". LOL. Ileke know she want me to hit it! Also, notice that she's jealous of "US"; of course she'll deny it. . . . lol P.S: I dont do facebook. aND ANYone who gets to meet me will see that I'm just a clown and will realize why I do this shiyyt online. Then, she'll stay the nite and I'll smash. . . . . . ![]() Weirdest shiyyt, I met a Ex at the subway today. 12 million plus folks and I RUN into this chic. I didnt even know that it was her until I sat next to her (and she tapped me on the shoulders) that it was her. She probably thought I'd be mean to her if we ever met again.Me, I'm naturally friendly and funny so I guess my attitude (talking and yapping away like I had seen a friend I hadnt seen, and had been eagerly awaiting to see, in 10billion years) threw her off. . . . she called me lata talking bout "Even though I was mean to u b4 we broke up your easy attitude when we met again (today) had me happy and feeling bad at the same time". Wateva! CAN I hit it again?!
Smh, all you have is sex for brains. |
She has a pretty face but to be honest, if I had a body like her's I'd feel very uncomfortable with my body. |
Oya come here so we can kiss and make up. Close your eyes and pucker up |
Ok o. Good for you ![]() |
Andre Uweh:Mmmm . Makes me want some right now ![]() |

Dolemite:Lmao ![]() |
Mobinga:Oh please . Put whatever disclaimer you like. |
stillwater:She wasn't showing off any different colors. With all honestly, some people are up in arms about it because they feel that given the fact that its Black History month it was especially offensive. Some people feel that as a light skinned woman she was being absentminded to the issues and struggles of people of a darker shade. @Everyone: For those of you who don't live in the US or are unfamiliar with African American history, for someone to paint their face in blackface is highly offensive. Blackface is a style of theatrical makeup that originated in the United States, used to affect the countenance of an iconic, racist, American archetype, that of the darky or coon. Its basically used as a theatrical means to portray Black people in a negative manner. A lot of you seem to be forgetting that she is not the photographer or creative director behind this shoot. I'm not saying that it means that she doesn't have enough sense to say something just because its someone else's "artistic vision" but a lot of people are speaking about it as though she came up with the idea for the photo shoot. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if she could care less if it was offensive to Black people. After all, we're talking about a woman who once did a photo shoot with a company that is known for their racist marketing practices and ads. |
