Y do some guys insist dat their Gfs get a tattoo to prove hw committed dey are in a relationship. Is tattoo a symbol of commitment or jst a guy's stamp of possession. Wat if dey break, wat happens to d tattoo. Wud u av  one  if your Gf or Bf insists.
Get a tattoo for who? Hell to the mutha flippin' bumbarass no!!!!!! I will NEVER, and I repeat NEVER get a tattoo for anyone--I don't care who the person is!!! If I wanna get one, I will get one on my own, not because I wanna prove my love to anyone but because it is a personal choice. Anyone who allows themselves to be stupidly coerced into getting a tattoo all for the sake of proving their love to someone needs to re-evaluate the relationship as a whole. Men and women who generally pressure their significant others to get tattoos all of the sake of proving their love are not doing it because they want to see how much you love them, they're doing it as a means of exercising control over another human being--you essentially are property to them. It's no different from a rancher branding their cattle. If you wanna get a tattoo, you should be doing it because you want to, not because someone is trying to control you or because someone is telling you that it is the only way to show that you love them or are committed to the relationship. What does that say about your relationship as a whole?
