I don't know if I should say these ones are worse than the ones we have here in Lagos or better than.
As an ex commercial driver, driving along the Badagry - mile 2 - CMS routes in Lagos. We see these kind of people everyday.
Me and my ex Conductor nicknamed them "Signature" bcus of their awkward looks and different marks on face and body.
Once one or two of them mistakenly enter our bus. If I am the one or my conductor that first noticed them, we quickly alert ourselves by shouting "Signature" and I will park one side and tell them to go down or behave themselves to my passengers, cus their modus operandi is to pick pocket or steal passengers phones.

Lagos own rarely have a weapon on dem infact if you're from the street u can use OT to overcome Dem easily...
