I have always said it that the ONLY problem with this country is the type of followers (all Nigerians excluding the Politicians), we are so comfortable with the way the so called Politicians are treating us.

Their Children ( Saraki, Tinubu etc) will not even defend them as much as we do. OUR PROBLEM IS SELF INFLICTED

This is another ploy to use ordinary Nigerians to achieve personal ambition. Nigerian politicians have always used the method of "Divide and Rule" for personal agenda. This useless Deputy Senate President is trying to use this method when he knows that his days are numbered. The impending storm that will carry Saraki will definitely sweep him too and he's much aware of that. He can shout and cry for al we care, he will definitely loose that seat. He has benefitted no Igbo man and his position has no benefit to any Igbo man. Useless buffon

Back to ur question, what happened in 2011 was a case of self destruction. By 2011, it was glaring that PDP was a house destined to crumble. Tinubu and Gbajabiamila just exploited the obvious crack in PDP.
It will be foolish of the elders of APC to allow in their party
what led to the death of PDP.

But having said that, I totally agree with those who believe the PDP element in APC deserve to have the position of Senate presidency. But Saraki's should have fought for It as If it was a collective fight for PDP element, instead he fought it as an Individual cos of desperation.

If you really understand politics, you'll know that APC chairman's recent interview and statement on Saraki's case has shown that the party chiefs have already concluded on his case. They have decided to use him as the SACRIFICIAL LAMB. I can't blame the party though, he put himself in the arms way. Desperation brings destruction. We know they are all thieves, yes we know. But the party's position reign supreme.

Democracy is a representative government and moreover, Buhari wasn't an independent candidate.

Maybe you should support you r stand with the constitution also, just like the Professor did. The Professor didn't just share his view, he backed it up with the law from the rule book; constitution.

Oga Auditor.....Yes Internal Auditor work for management, but Internal Auditors must not be responsible for putting controls in place knowing fully well that they will be responsible to review it for adequacy and efficiency; that is called Self-Review.

Even when an Internal Auditor notes exception, all they do is suggest remediation action, implementation of the action is the responsibility of process owners. Correct me if am wrong

BTW, I work as an Internal Auditor so i guess you know why I had to analyse it.

Internal auditors do not put control in place. In the 3 lines of defense, IA is the 3rd line of defense that provides assurance on controls put in place by Management around business operations. Please correct me if am wrong.

Well I don't think I can help you, I worte my test and essay like 5years ago. It is along time now. It was even different to what you guys do now. We wrote our test, waited for result, successfull candidates moved to the next office and we wrote an essay. I think you should find guys that joined in the last 24months they might be helpful. Mister!!! Management Consulting is a unit in KPMG and staff of the unit are internal staff providing services to client. No one is hired as "Management Consultant" to work on behalf of KPMG at client site. I am talking as an insider.

Nice. Been wanting to ask a KPMG person this. Is CGPA being used as a factor during their benchmarking stage? If no then why do the ask for transcripts during document verification? Want to squash an argument on a thread which states that folks with a borderline 2.1 CGPA can't get employed by the firm.

Yea CGPA is a factor ....the main reason why you have so many 1st class graduates in KPMG. You must have a strong 2.1 or a very high score in the aptitude test.

Oga, ur story line appear inconsistent. I was with KPMG for 5yrs 3 month and left the firm few months back. The last time I checked, we have the IT unit and also the Internal Audit unit and not aware of the firm engaging an external to perform IT or internal control checks. The only externals we engage for the most part are property/PPE/inventory valuation expert.

When you hear a KPMG person whether ex or present write you'll recognize them. Please tell the impostor. He's got ulterior motives I think.

Why are you so hostile? It seems we are talking about two different things, I'm talking about KPMG Auditing/Financial services. An external auditor is an auditor that does not belong to one company. Companies like KPMG hire us as an additional control for internal auditors.

Buhahahahahah......................Guys on this forum beware of people like this individual am quoting. There is no Company in Nigeria named KPMG Auditing/Financial Services. Don't fall victim of whatever he's up to.

WHY AND HOW DO I KNOW that for sure? Maybe because I work with the Company called KPMG Professional Services; the only KPMG in Nigeria.

Oga go and read your book very well on what an External Auditor does and an Internal Auditor does. It is so evident up there you know very little, if any at all about them.
