So the present situation is because Nigerians voted out GEJ and automatically ended Okonjos reign? I will continue to say it, stop making statements with emotions it makes you look dumb and brainless. The present econimic situation is partly due to stupid decisions made by past administration and partly due to fall in oil price.

If our politicians are stupid and foolish, with comment likw this we followers are showing little or no element of being different at all.

1. How much is my spouse earning?
2. Will our total earning (annual) be able to cater for our basic needs, such as accomodation, food, clothing etc.
3. If our earning can cater for our basic needs, what type of accomodation and living standard can this income afford us?
4. Is my spouse aware of this little income of mine and is she in support ?
5. Does my spouse believe together we can manage this income before God will do smthn great in our life?

By the time you give hinest answers to these questions and others, you will be able to take a good decision.

Notwithstanding the consistence of the coincidence the main point in my post is that we should not generalize as there are many more well-behaved and hardworking Igbos and Christians who earn their livelihood from a clean source and whose way of life is not represented by these few drug-peddlers. In a similar manner, Muslims generally and Islam in particular should not be blamed when some so called Muslim name bearing or people from a Muslim majority part commit acts of terror. A bad person is a bad person regardless of what faith he professes or pretends to profess, or where he originates from. Consistence of coincidence in these instances would lead to misleading inferences.

You know your major problem? Your understanding of God is fundamentally wrong...I do not blame you for this actually, because many people in our world today, especially we Christians ( Muslims totally excluded) think the existence and might of God revolves around Miracle. We have taken it too far that we have even subsitituted magic for miracle. The gospel of Christ and the crusade of the affirmation of the existence of God does not start or end with Miracles. But then, the compilers of the Deeds, sayings and teachings of Christ should take a share of the blame. They over-emphasized the miracle of Jesus more than his teachings and Sayings.

Islam on the other hand played down on the miracles of God or the sophistication of the medium ( Mohammad) but rather focused on the need to know the purpose of human existence as decreed by the creator.

My HardMirror.....miracle does not determine the existence of God..........it was only a means to an end used by his prophet never the end in itself. Afterall, satan; God's creation can also perform miracle.

He has made it clear even with our daily experiences that every action has a consequence. The choice is always ours.

You asking if God could resurrect a beheaded man is quite funny. Let me ask you, if God could create ADAM; the first man from clay and breadth life in to it and it came to life. If God could make a virgin girl beget a baby without a sexual intercourse. Which do you think is more difficult, to give a new head to a dead body?

Thank You for asking those classic questions that have been bothering me too. APC & Buhari are the worst thing to happen to Nigeria in recent times. The country is fast going down to abyss, the government is absolutely clueless on how to rescue it. The only solution left now is True Fiscal Federalism or we are doomed!!!

You mentioned that true fiscal federalism is the solution, I do not agree with you on that. I quite agree that true fiscal federalism is the long-term solution to the growth of Nigeria but it is never a solution at this time of serious revenue drain....even in this present state of things, many states cant pay their workers due to drop in revenue allocation. Trust me, some states will totally go bankrupt if you introduce fiscal federalism at this point........

There are several opportunities in this present time of economic woes only if we have brilliant minds to chart the course of this country, which unfortunately we don't. This is the time to lay the foundation for possible future fiscal federalism by forcing all states to look inward for self sustenance.

read also how speculation led to the asian economic crisis in 1997. I can go on and on to remind you how bloomberg, goldman sach, etc kept on warning the govt. and yet the failed to listen. However, I think it will be too early to say and I think the CBN Governor was reckless to have said that. there are many ways to explore to ensure payment. They can even issue bonds to raise money bith locally and internationally. The main issue here is that the Govt need to solve the problem of Niger Delta so as to ensure that as much revenue as possible is earned from the sale of crude oil....I totally agree that this govt is too slow like sometimes appearing confused in the midst of this trouble ( even though I supported Buhari). But I believe this time shall pass

But please guys a country's economy does not collapse in 1 year, what you are seeing is a reflection of what has been happening over the years. The price of crude oil started declining during GEJ's govt and continued sharply afterward, no single person can be blamed for the decrease in price of crude oil. Election has come and gone, you people should forget about the election and move on. If you have a reason to blame the president, do it without being petty. Whether we all like it or not, Buhari is the President of Ibo, Hausa, Yoruba and collectively Nigeria. so stop all this attack that has helped no one.
