Unmanned reentries from outer space like the Chinese March 5B are always uncontrolled.
Say, the NASA Skylabs reentries and the Soviets’ Salyut 7.
The Space X reusable tech only works for first stage rocket body recovery which occurs outside the outer space.

The 5B rocket debris is a big one that’s why it’ll survive re-entry without burning out completely.
The Chinese project is perfect and meets global standards.
The US’ Skylab rocket junk survived re-entry and crashed uncontrolled. The Skylab space station went on to do the same.
Also the US’ Columbia space junk fell back to Earth in 2003 after NASA lost control of its trajectory.
Same with the USSR’s Salyut 7.
All these space bodies re-entered uncontrolled.
So the Chinese rocket debris is following the same trend.
There are over 2000 space junks floating and trapped in earth’s orbit. Over 500 of them launched by the US and 169 launched by the Chinese.
