Submitted April 30th with upfront medicals which was passed 4th of May but it expired on the 4th of June cos I did it June 2020.
My profile has changed to You do not need a medical exam and eligibility not started..
God will do it soon, I will stay optimistic

I think from what I have read here,if the medical expires ,they will simply ask for a new one,it does not affect u negatively I think

Please I applied April 30th, medicals passed May 4th, My medicals expired today June 4th,
Abeg wetin I go do, I dey pray say I got get passport request without them revisiting my medicals.
Now they are answering February people, maybe we April People go hope for later this month or next month...

I'll suggest you get a CLB 10 in IELTS (LRWS 8.5,8.5,7.5, 8.0) then prepare well for the french exam. You may need 6 or more months of consistent preparation. If it means hanging out with only french speakers the better as it will improve your listening and speaking skills. French proficiency means CLB 7 (not too sure). With that you'll get to 500 with the new CRS score guidelines. The system was alright up till now but with the new french requirement I feel like a bilingual professional in africa can also gun for expatriate jobs within the continent also.

Please when an Express Entry profile expires, and a new one is created how long before it can reflect in the pool. Just created a new one today and it’s not reflected yet. Was almost automatic last year. Please anyone with similar experience?

It was a Rejection of the application you submitted , until you submit a new application, you don’t have a new Situation.

You can write out your profile , let the Gurus look into it and tell you with some level of here and there what could be done .

It has not been refused officially. It just took too long without update so I ordered the notes.

I got my GCMS note today and my study permit was refused based on the fact that they cannot see a logical reason spending so much in my education when my career / educational background are not correlated with the course of study.
Please gurus, I need to know if I can add LOE and some other supporting documents via webform or wait till they refuse it officially.

Please anyone going to UNB fall 2020 who got approval in Principle or Passport Request cos there are about 3 of us waiting for update . It’s just to check if the school is delaying eligibility...

I decided to finish my birthday celebration Yesterday before addressing my issue.
So refusal dropped yesterday on my way to get myself a birthday cake.
BVL was 24th April.

Ties to home country and Canada :
no relative in canada o, never been to Canada all of us dey naija asides my sister a British citizen. I’m marrried with 2 kids not going with husband or children. How else will I prove that naija is home and Canada is a strange land to me.

Financial status and assets.
Paid first term tuition of over 8000 Canadian dollars,3 bedroom apartment ownership declaration with irrevocable power of Attorney and $20000 US fixed deposit I’m the main sponsor, my mum is giving 4 million naira co sponsor even without the co sponsor I have enough for balance and living expenses. We decided to make it stronger hence her co sponsoring.

Employment: been employed since I graduated 2010 and till date showed letter of introduction,
Payslip, employment letter. And employment letter from previous places Of work in Dubai and Nigeria

Purpose of visit: To do masters in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship because as an Optometrist we deal with a lot of instrumentation. And to succeed in that field as a business owner you need to be grounded in Technology Management, hence my interest.

There is no telling what will happen next application.

It’s well but deeply demoralizing.
First application yes but a lot of effort went into it to secure documents before the lockdown.
This platform kept my hopes high. Seeing almost everyone receiving same report is sad.

Medical is compulsory, but i have seen two or more people who got approval last year without medical request. It surprised you right, it happened. You can believe everything in IRCC website.

Must have been an omission especially if the course of study is longer than 6 months.

Those that got BVL kindly check when your latest update was? Mine says 9th April for latest update Biometrics completed. Then 24th BVL came in while latest update still remains 9th of April. No be them send the BVL ni?

Recommend you click in the question mark ? Icon on the passport upload section,

if i remember clearly, it states passports and travel history. So you need the Datapage of old passport as well as scan all the visa you have. It’s a way of defending the travel history you filled.

Like I said check and see the requirements on the question mark sign.

It states that step siblings are still your siblings and it’s better you include them now because if you omit them you will have a hard time proving they are your siblings should you want to sponsor any of them in future. Ask on CIC site for more clarification.
