I paid application fee for university of Lodz yesterday, unfortunately, the pay will take some days for it to be confirmed. Now on there site the application closed yesterday, hope my 20 euro never go like that, cos it's after confirmation of payment that I can submit my application

It is called a cash backed credit card. It is not even done at the headquarters. It is done at the branches ok. When you get to the bank request to speak with a manager. Tell them you need open a cash backed credit card account where you will deposit your own money. Then they will use your own money as guarantee and they will place the money on lien. Tell them Once opened, you will need a certificate/letter of credit limit(this certificate usually takes about 2 weeks to be issued). If you are in Lagos and need referral to a bank rep that can help you with it let me know. ANY major bank Access, GTB, First Bank branches should be able to do this. If you explain it as I have said above any branch manager should understand exactly what you need done.

Sometimes, bank staff are ignorant and quick to dismiss.

You may want to speak with someone in higher position or call the Head office for intervention.
