Pipeline vandalism is a steady source of income criminals in that area, even the police and soldiers are involved. Technology needs to be incorporated in pipeline monitoring. We can invent things like conductor strips that will run along the pipe na, any tampering will easily be noticeable and the exact location will be known also.
Stop damaging the image of our security personnel don't write things you are not sure of, except you can give us concrete evidence when we invite you to come forward.

It takes alot to be a Soldier but here, an average Nigerian soldier can't even kill a snake. Ordinary untrained boko boys do chase them out of battlefield and they will run and start blaming Government for not providing them with rockets, missiles and nuclear weapons.

But, they're well trained when it comes to oppressing innocent civilians.

And your opinion is 'major' and counts?

You clearly have nothing to contribute. The 'essay' in one of your previous posts on this thread is all over the place with no clear objective. You claim some of those criticizing the actions of these junior cadets would do the same thing if they were in their shoes. You then have the nerve to say that it is the latent 'civilian' traits in these junior cadets that is responsible for their indiscipline - and once this civilian mentality is drilled out of them, they will stop behaving like toy soldiers and start behaving like the real deal. undecided

The horse dung you are spouting isn't surprising. It is standard practice for Nigerian soldiers and their henchmen to blame civilians for the military's shortcomings. After all, former army chief Akinrinade claimed a couple of years ago that civilians were somehow responsible for the loss of Buhari's exam results - results that were submitted to the army board over half a century ago! Where the hell do civilians come into this matter?

Keep blaming civilians. You know what they say: a poor workman blames his tools (or in this case, a poor workman blames the people around him who have nothing to do with his incompetence).

You and your ilk have run out of excuses. Your time is up.
stale gibberish. Keep wailing hope you enjoyed the little attention I granted you. And stay off my mention undecided

It's a pity really, I think the educated and wealthy ones among the Ebijakara have a lot to do in this regard.

Since this brouhaha started 15 years ago, I'm sure the previous state government and administration must have called a meeting to resolve the problems, it will be interesting to know the outcome of those meeting.

What about the courts, have they gone there to seek redress? What was the outcome?
the court ruled in Favour of the rightful owners which is Ebijakara, yet nothing is still being done.

I'd really like to be interested in the details. What was the primary cause of the brouhaha between the communities. Are they brothers or were Ebijakara strangers who were given lands to settle many years ago.

Cross river seems to be riddled with intercommunal fights, I remember something of such nature happened in Yahe local government in Ogoja some years ago.
please can you help me make this go viral how do we post it on front page in this forum.

Cross river seems to be riddled with intercommunal fights, I remember something of such nature happened in Yahe local government in Ogoja some years ago.
the Bahumono consist of seven brothers that loved themselves namely Ediba, Usumutong,Ebom, Ebijakara, Igonigoni, Bazuhure and Afafanyi these brothers lived close to themselves and shared so many similarities. Now back to the issue at hand, Ebijakara was the initial habitants of the said land back in the days of old Ebom also had their place of settlement called Otumusa which is still there as evidence till this day, the problem all started at the time when wild animals were attacking and killing some Ebom persons in their settlement due to the closeness of their settlement with the forest so they began seeking for refuge in the neighboring communities with the plea that they will live close to other communities that are away from the forest meanwhile using their initial settlement as farm land pending when the attacks from wild animals will reduce. They went to almost all the bahumono brother communities but they turned them down a decision I believe the present offsprings of other bahumono communities will be proud their fore fathers never agreed to such deceitful plea. So at that time the fore fathers Ebijakara were vulnerable with the believe that let's help them we are all brothers so they agreed, a drastic and expensive decision that has rendered hundreds of innocent people dead, children fatherless wives are now widows up till this moment am writing this. So they agreed but the then Ebijakara were wise and knowledgeable enough to still have the documents of their entire settlements and the agreements of inhabitation from Ebom intact. Until Ebom community finally sacked Ebijakara out of their settlements on the 15th of January 2005, I will tell you categorically that Ebom community adhered to that agreement of just settling with Ebijakara then using their initial settlement Otumusa As farm land this practice has been going on with the clear evidence that these people are guests In these settlement because the Ebom community were accommodated in such a way that they never have boundaries with any the neighboring community close to Ebijakara settlement that's to say they were accommodated in the middle, these people are mostly farmers and they will trek miles through Ebijakara to their initial settlement for farming and they also established a sound secondary school called Bahumono grammer school right there at their ancestral land making it very clear that they truly belong there. the problem started when they started growing so largely in number and their population started doubling that of Ebijakara at this point trouble started brewing because the allotted accommodation given them by the Ebijakara was no longer enough. and they can no longer go back to their initial settlement because everything seems comfortable where there are presently so the only way is to forcefully take the entire land away from this small community call Ebijakara, and that was the major reason why Ebijakara agreed to accommodate them. Ebijakara were relatively small in population and the said Ebom are currently the largest in population among the Bahumono communities.
Anyone who has been to this region will be amazed with these facts.
My surprise is the International community and the federal government seems to have abandoned the people of Ebijakara because presently Ebom are influencing the Government. This is 15 years since those people were killed and sent out of their ancestral homes and still counting because they have no voice, for how long will this injustice continue. We don't hear about this serious issue because its not in the North.

What baffles me is the fact that Elections are being carried out in every corner of Abi LGA Bahumono in particular as if all is well in that Area. they now recruits militias to kill maim and destroy innocent lives and properties. If this issue of Continuous killings is not looked into they will be another Genocide coming in that region.

This is serious, so who occupies the Abijakara lands right now?/
The Ebijakara land now occupied and used as farm lands by the Ebom community after demolishing the entire Ebijakara houses. This is a settlement with over 1000 houses destroyed within weeks this is to tell you how serious this issue is my heart bleeds for those people.

Hope Hon. Alex Egbona will look into the unending war in Abi LGA Bahumono in particular, there has been so much blood shed in that region. With the glaring security incompetence from the government elections are still being held in that area as if nothing is going wrong there. Wait did I forget to mention that a particular community known as Ebijakara where killed and sacked out of their ancestral land for the past 15 solid years, these people are now littered everywhere across the state as refugees the government seems to develop a blind eye towards their case, and the perpetrators of this genocide called Ebom community are still roaming freely claiming the fourth columnists. Or is it the recent attacks on Usumutong community due to the fact that they houses some of the refugees from Ebijakara community how can humans be so mean and wicked on their brothers and sisters people who speak the same language yet they are bent on wiping the entire existence of Ebijakara, most persons reading this will feel its a minor issue but as I write more attempts are still ongoing in that area killings beheading and all sorts of demonic and devilish activities from this community. With this little tip I employ interested Investigative journalists to contact my signature let's report this backward and satanic activities in that region to the world.
