I am currently planning to get married. I’ve been with my babe for about a year now.

After several consultations, we agreed on a wedding budget of about 3 million Naira.

But I keep asking myself one very honest question: how do I commit that kind of money to someone who hasn’t really shown the same level of effort back, even in something as small as 5k, despite earning a little?

So I want to ask people who are married or have real experience: if I go ahead and marry in a relationship where this is the current dynamic, what should I realistically expect in marriage?

The said allowance is to be given quarterly to the tune of N25000.00 each quarter. This is to allow for procurement of ward coats, scrubs and other PPEs.

This Government has not attended to the main demands of the medical doctors, they are only deflecting in order to gain public sympathy but no one is buying their tricks anymore.

How do you make billions available for a sizable number of senators and House of Rep members and then make a large amount of money available for hardship allowance but cannot do things right to ensure better welfare for medical doctors and other health workers. How can slightly over 9000 doctors take care of over 200billion people ?
