Tinubu To PEPT: Nullifying The Election Over 25% FCT Could Cause Anarchy, Chaos
https://www.nairaland.com/7766763/tinubu-pept-nullifying-election-over Is Mr Tinubu planning to create banditry (terrorism) in southwest paradventure he loses the ongoing case in court? The handwriting on the wall is becoming clearer and clearer to him as the day goes by. Tinubu's threat should not be taken lightly because that was how Islamic terrorism started in Northwest when Buhari lost 2011 election against GEJ. They imported machineries from North African countries to come and terrorise people here. Now the terrorism started in Northwest has spread to other parts of the country. Is seems history wants to replicate itself. We Yorubas should be ready to tame Tinubu if he wants to try such nonsense here. Yoruba land is not know for terrorism. We are the most peaceful and most hospitable tribe in Africa. We should unanimously say NO to Tinubu's planned Anarchy and Chaos in Odua state Oduduwa a gbe wa o. Ase.

This is the only man who can win elections in Nigeria without intimidation, violence and rigging. It Tinubu tries it, he will come a distant fourth. Someone who loses his adopted state (Lagos), home state (Osun) and FCT Abuja even in a ruling party. Imagine if Tinubu was contesting through a mushroom party like AAC or ADC.
The only politician in Nigeria who is capable of winning a free and fair election is H.E Peter Groggery Obi. He is the African most popular politician.

Politics › Is It Okay To Give Alms To Tinubu's Surpporters Who Are Beggars? by iSense247(op): 10:14am On Jul 15, 2023 |
The rate of begging online and offline in Nigeria is increasing at an alarming rate since Mr Tinubu took over the mantle of leadership of this country. You will see beggars and corporate beggars everywhere and most of these beggars are people who voted for APC and Tinubu in the last election despite our several warnings. Do you think it is proper to help these people financially or otherwise despite the fact that they were warned? We warned them!
The most annoying part is that despite the economic hardship that comes with their choice, they are still unrepentant. If another election is to hold tomorrow, they will still vote Tinubu again and again. Can Nigeria become good if there is no punishment for bad choices? Won't that be tantamount to encouragement of stupidity? |

Before E go reach farmer for Aboh mbaise, the tractor don break down and the parts stolen. Yes. Politics › Palliatives: 'What Tinubu Should Do Instead Of Sharing Money' - Iamgrey5 by iSense247(op): 7:39pm On Jul 13, 2023 |
It is unfortunate that Nigeria lacks politicians who are deep thinkers. They have unlimited human and natural resources but do not have the mentality capacity to manage them. I wish some of them can be coming to Nairaland to read common sense. Here are alternatives to money sharing as suggested by Iamgrey5. Iamgrey5: I don't like this type of palliatives. It's definitely going to end up in some people's pockets.
Jonathan tried it and it failed, Buhari tried it and it failed. Tinubu should not end up like those two.
We can't afford another looting bonanza in this country.
Palliatives should be inform
>A scheme to convert 1000 public taxis to CNG from petroleum engines at half the price across the federation and Making CNG readily available
>Create Industrial zones in the six geo political zone and encourage manufacturing of Agro products by giving tax holidays for a five year period for prospective investors.
>Grant Solar companies like SUNKING tax breaks and finance in other to reduce the cost of those solar kits for homes and small businesses (This takes care of generators to an extent)
> Funds to encourage state governments to procure big luxurious buses for cheap transportation.
> Increment in minimum wage.
> Tax reduction for manufacturing businesses already operating in Nigeria.
Those palliatives are not only very different from our regular approach but they also encourage production. In addition, I wish president Tinubu can use part of the money to buy one tractor for each local governments in Nigeria. Let farmers associations not politicians be in charge of the tractor. This will go a long way in improving agricultural productivity within six months. |

Politics › Obi’s Camp Makes Fresh Call For INEC Boss’ Dismissal, Gives Reason by iSense247(op): 1:23pm On Jul 13, 2023 |
The campaign team of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has called for the dismissal and probe of the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the team, led by Director-General Otumba Akin Osuntokun, made the demand at a media briefing in Abuja on Thursday.
Osuntokun said that Yakubu had “done sufficient damage to the nation’s electoral process” and should be made to answer for his actions. He cited the arrest and ongoing prosecution of the Adamawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for his actions during the last elections as a precedent for Yakubu’s prosecution.
Osuntokun also said that reports from all election observer groups at home and abroad were unanimous in their reports that the election was greatly flawed and the outcome of the Presidential election, as declared by INEC, fell short of international standards.
He called on the present federal government to sack Yakubu and order an independent investigation into the conduct of the elections. https://politicsnigeria.com/just-in-obis-camp-makes-fresh-call-for-inec-boss-dismissal-gives-reason/?utm_source=operamini&utm_medium=feednews&utm_campaign=operamini_feednews |
