Honestly, I pray we just make top 4 this season and buy some 3 players at the back one strong defensive midfielder and at least one visionary attacker to replace Hazard ..who will most certainly leave and may be a less expensive agile and hungry for trophy goal keeper.
Ofcourse I don't know what baba wants to do with sari and his leaky leaky ball. angry embarassed

don't forget Chelsea already have a transfer ban. tnk God We bought PULISIC ATLEAST A FRESH LEG TO REPLACE HAZARD

Why all these for God's sake? The fact that stipend is delayed doesn't give a licence to be cheeky and saucy towards your employer. Even in a full and permanent employment, hitches in salary payment are unavoidable at times.

We are all humans! Let's be tolerant , civil and accommodating in the face of the unexpected irrespective of political differences.

God bless everyone of us!

Bro, that is not the definition of 4 rooms that people usually have in mind. Anyway, I'm interested in this your 150k for 3 bedroom that you are talking about. I currently live around Ojoo, and would love to move towards that Molete area. But I want to ask, is there water in the house you are talking about? Even if not that particular apartment, I would love to get a 3 bedroom (all rooms en suite) with water in the next 4-5 months when my rent here expires. Please give me more information.

there is water to buy in the compound

That house has to be at least 5 years new...I live around that area, and that house has to be really new to cost 430k per annum.

Maximum 3 bedroom flat in Ibadan 300k? Are you sure you are living in Ibadan? I live in Ojoo, my house rent in a year is 430k. I'm presently on house hunt and the prices are high. Was in Akobo last week, a 3 bedroom flat price was 500k excluding agency fee. Please try and get your facts right.

AKOBO Z EXPENSIVE, ITS AN ESTATE ON ITS OWN, OJOO IS HIGH POPULATED DUE TO UI, BUT STILL I GUESS UR 430K IS SIMPLY THAT THE HOUSE Z 10YRS NEW

Thanks my brother, you just wrote what I wanted to write, the maximum 3 bedroom flat in Ibadan is 400k and in places like Ringy, Bodija, can't say for alalubosa cos that place is GRA estate and not populated. Average 3 bedroom in Ibadan is 180-250k, in fact my friend is paying 150k for 4 bedroom flat at Ijokodo poly road. Face me and face you is 2k per month in Mokola, Sango, Omitowoju, Adamasinga and maybe 3k at Oketunu depending on the tushness of the houses. People start their house without 500k in Ibadan so no one pays above that per annum on a rented flats

THE OP THINKS WE ARE IDIOTS

Akala in akobo, you must have 500k at least to rent anything there.
Akobo is expensive and overhyped for no reason. Terrible roads. But they have light there sha though not like it was 2 years ago. Massive migration is being witnessed and hold up na die.
Quick story, I lived in Lagos (Ajah) and I worked in v.i so I complained of the stress and I was transferred to Ibadan where I’m based. I now live in Akobo and work at Akala express, Orita. I spend over 4 hours on the road everyday in ibadan but less than 2 hours in Lagos daily.
Think twice before you consider moving to Ibadan. Everything is just as expensive as Lagos.

a big fat lie. comparing Lagos to ib

Nice one @OP.
What of areas like Sango, Mokola, Apata, Eleyele.....

sango/Mokola is a school dominated area so it tends to be high (UI AND POLY IBADAN)

ELEYELE IS A DEVELOPING AREA. SO SAY 120-150K. FOR RECORDS PURPOSE, ABEKOKO IS VERY CLOSE AND THE COST OF LAND THERE AS AT TODAY Z 600K

well am an indigene of Ibadan, and I tell you all the average cost of house rent the op wrote are not all true. This alone will scare people in living in one of the peaceful cities in South West and Nigeria at large

for the records I stay at challenge AXIS- The cost of 600k per year z false. Maximum in challenge is 250k

EVEN FELELE, WHERE WE HAVE LAM ADESINA, SPLASH LAGELU, IBEDI ,AMAZING PETROL STATION WILL NOT COST U MORE THAN 300K. SIMPLY BECAUSE MOST OF THE HOUSES IN FELELE DOES NOT HAVE WATER, WE BUY WATER.

BODIJA Z FOR THE ELITE AND MOST OF THEM HAVE THEIR HOUSES THERE. BODIJA ESTATE CANT BE LESS THAN 300K-350K (EXCLUDING AGENT FEES AND ALL THAT)

OJOO IS VERY CHEAP. 150K because most houses there are old.

AGODI Z HIGH TOO. DUE TO THE SECURITY REASONS

PLACES LIKE MOLETE(I JUST SOME HOUSES FOR SOME COLLEAGUES AT 80K TOTAL PACKAGE , A ROOM AND A SPACIOUS PARLOUR.

APATA IS HIGH DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT HAS HIGHER INSTITUTIONS AROUND IT, AND IT LEADS TO GRA, OLUYOLE ESTATE. ONE OF THE MOST PEACEFUL ESTATE.

SO IN OTHERS WORDS, OP GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT. WE ARE NOT DUNCE

Bowing to kiss the feet is anything but humility. It’s denigration of your being for another being who has nothing over you.

If he can now to kiss the feet of an ordinary human being, a rotten meat, a sand, what will he do to show humility to the one who created him and has the power over his life and death.

Bowing to kiss the feet of of a fellow human is a sign of a man who is confused as to who is bigger between his god and the man.
