Perhaps you missed my initial point which is that certain denominations within certain older religions like Mithras and even Hinduism, both of which are thousands of years older than Christianity, have a lot of respect for Jesus and some of them have incorporated elements of the Jesus origin story into their own religions and applied these tropes to their own deities.
