blueto: Finally, I learnt that the best revenge against those who criticize how you do your job is to step aside and let them have the job and watch them underperform in such a manner until they get so desperate that the only achievements they can boast of are the ones you achieved during your so called underperformance. May God bless Dr. Jonathan for teaching me such wisdom! In Jesus name.

bozcojohn5: During the coming election debates he should do the Nigerian people a favour and ask Hillary Clinton one question. That question is as follows.
Why did she and President Barack Obama refuse to designate Boko Haram as a terrorist organisation until late 2014?
This was after they had slaughtered over 100,000 innocent Nigerians in the space of 4 years.
If the victims had been Americans would they have taken so long to designate them as terrorists?
Is Nigerian blood not red and do Nigerian lives not matter?
. This would be assuming the U.S Government gives two sh^ts about what happens over in Africa. |

Y'all need to get an education. My mouth is agape reading their comments. Is it that they don't know; and are truly very poorly educated that they can't properly comprehend the english language? Or is it that they do understand but are just filled with hate? Because, I truly don't understand. |

chaiks: This is a big lesson. Brethren, whenever u find yourself in riches, try to locate your family members including those that are not all that related and then outside people. If possible get them established abroad. It is equally fantastic to identify outsiders who are Zealous to succeed legitimately and help them. Y I said this is because in our society, u find a rich man buy if u you see someone they said is related to him, u I'll be surprised at his condition. They simply don't want to help. Not that they don't know wat to do but simply they see not helping u as a way to retain your respect for dem. It's only when when tins turn bad Dat they I'll be saying to demselves had I know, I wld v done ds and Dat. Imaging someone of Emeka offor calibre not being able to fix his siblings at least in his companies. They were just living with only d glory of being related to him. It pains me bcs I am a victim of ds scenario. Anyway may God help us all achieve our life goals. Go and get your own and stop being a useless nonentity and dependent beggar. Or, what stops you from becoming rich and helping others instead of waiting for someone else to become rich and help you? |

Except you're saying it's fellow Ibos that hate him "because he's Ibo", because the only people I see denigrating him and joyful at his alleged misfortune are folk that seem to "know" him "personally" (based on how they're mentioning details only those familiar with his surroundings will know). Or, are you trying to tell us Hausas and Yorubas know Iboland that well to know where his house is situated and what landmarks surround it etc? |

It's people like you that would embark on prayers for the failure of an administration, so that you can always have a word against such government.
Purge your mind of this abominable idiosyncrasies, babe! Nigerians are also evil minded. Well, most of them. For example, the mad woman you replied above. |

rusher14: There's a new government in town with a completely different attitude from the past. They've inherited a bankrupt nation low on morale and self belief.
The last elections exploited the inherent weakness in most Nigerians by being divisive. We were divided along religious and tribal grounds whilst the elite continued their frolicking.
The situation is grim but the stark reality is that the coffers were truly empty.
There's no export from Nigeria. We are over reliant on imported goods from petrol to ps4 game consoles.
We do not make even car tyres that we did in the 80s.
We have abandoned our strong areas of agriculture for filthy and cheap lucre.
The governments have failed us but more than anything the citizens have failed themselves by not being productive. We need to engage in positive ventures. Farming, processing agricultural products, creating finished and semi finished goods we have no business importing. The Nigerian needs to rethink.
Nigerians are lazy. Mentally lazy. |

JuliettaBitch: By Evelyn Usman, Lagos, Francis Igata, Enugu
From kidnapping to bank robbery, vandalism, burglary and internet fraud among several other nefarious acts which have put security operatives on their toes. These criminals, some of who were arrested and charged to courts from where they were slammed jail terms, are obviously recalcitrant, as they return back to the society and indulge in the same crime for which they were went to jail , more vicious!
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/08/attention-buhari-hunger-induced-crime-increase/ Look at crimes that never used to happen in Nigeria before Buhari came onboard. Buhari has turned previously law abiding Nigerians into unrepentant and recalcitrant criminals. Vanguard needs to close shop. It is a very useless and unreliable tabloid. |

oduastates: Never was Nigeria the largest economy. Not with that cassava bread economy. We've had this arguments before. Iweala massaged Agriculture to create imaginary Gdp figures . Even South Africa's agricultural output dwarfs Nigeria's. To Key facts
Power generation : 55000MW refineries : 7 steel plants : 25 Gold mines and plant: 10 Coal mines : 11 Uranium :1
I fact I will stop counting the plants. Let me just show what they sell to the rest of the world. Almost every single item has a deep value chain. They not only mined these stuffs, they process and most time times, sell finished products. These facts show in their national budget which is like 6 times the Nigerian budget South Africa national budget : $102 billion Nigeria :$ 20 billion
world's largest producer chrome manganese platinum vanadium vermiculite.
second largest producer Ilminster palladium rutile zirconium.
world's third largesture exporter coal Iron ore
5th largest

Isreal is the technological, military, agricultural and economic power of the middle-east. They are also responsible for the training of your DSS and the supply of their tavors rifle. And it'd never have been possible if the person at the very top was corrupt.
