Are you crazy? For what reason? Is this the way arrests are carried out in modern democracies?

After all the arrests how many convictions have been secured? How did the Saraki/Ekeweremadu case go?
Obviously, you've never lived even a nano-second in a "modern" democracy. Let me explain to you how we do it here:

He will never be a hero even if he's kept there for the next 1 billion years. He's a scam artist and clear minded people know this. He promoted violence and advocated for death and destruction of millions of innocent people . If he gets released he will only become bigger, deadlier and more dangerous. He needs to be kept away from society. Thats the reason even England (where he holds citizenship) did not come tto his aid and has indirectly given Nigeria the go ahead to cage him up and throw away the keys.

Nobody likes a terrorist.

Almost 20 years of demoncrazy.
As usual, foreign plumbers, carpenters and former shopkeepers from Syria,Lebanon, come to Nigeria to do the technical work.
In almost 20 years, the fools have not been able to develop just 200 of a core set of well educated and very technical elite of engineering entrepreneurs.
You begin to wonder what happened to our universities, polytechnics and technical schools .
Yet we have people putting "engineer" in front of their names.
From lagos to maiduguri, colo-mental failures aka politicians and religious fundamentalist all over.
I used to think it was just ignorance, but now I truly believe Nigerians have the I.Q of Gibbons (or lower), and I don't mean this insultingly. Thats the only excuse I can give for all the mediocrity and idiocy they seem to celebrate. A lot of mental retardation going on. You can even see it in the faces of a lot of the kids born after 1990. If you look real closely you'll notice most of them don't look fully developed, even though they might appear so.
PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu Smiles At A Security Agent In Abuja Today by ISpiksDaTroof:
Why are Nigerians so incompetent and unprofessional in everything they do?

First off, the detainee should be handcuffed behind his back for his own safety and that of those around. He should not be touching anyone or anything that is not attached to his body. I just saw a video where he was in court, had cameras to his face, was answering questions, shaking hands with/ and hugging supporters. What a shame! What kind of training do Nigerians receive before being handed sensitive positions like this? What if someone snuck him a knife, grenade, cyanide, gun, phone or whatever? Can this nonsense happen if the trial was going on in the U.K?

Nigerians and incompetence are just like siamese twins. Everyone involved with this security breach should be fired because it is obvious they don't know the sensitivity of their job or take it seriously.

They go up to bring out all the properties she has even before she went into governance, all to look smart and a good investigator in the eyes of the public.
Let them probe the wives of obasanjor, tinubu and the wives of past presidents of the Federal republic of Nigeria.

Salisbury School
At more than $49,000 a year, Salisbury School dethroned The Lawrenceville School as the most expensive this year.Facebook/salisburyschool (Graham Turner '15)

From sophisticated study-abroad programs to state-of-the-art facilities, students at the most expensive private schools in the country enjoy opportunities that would make most people — adults included — jealous.

This is the fifth year that we have created a list of the 50 most expensive private schools in America. As in past years, school tuitions across the board have risen.

For the first time, The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, was not the most expensive on our list, but instead was overtaken by another northeastern school: the Salisbury School in Connecticut.

We ranked the private high schools on our list by looking at tuitions and fees for the 2015 to 2016 year as listed on the schools' websites, including one-time fees, where applicable. Where a range was given for books and supplies, we factored in the average cost, and calculated the total cost of attendance for the school. We did not include special-needs or boarding-only schools on this list.

DONT TRUST GOOGLE!

Google backs off on previously announced Allo privacy feature

The app will log conversations by default after all

By Russell Brandom @russellbrandom Sep 21, 2016, 12:11a

When Allo was announced at Google’s I/O conference earlier this year, the messaging app was presented as a step forward for privacy. Alongside the end-to-end-encrypted Incognito Mode, the Allo team talked about bold new message retention practices, storing messages only transiently rather than indefinitely.

But with the release of the app today, Google is backing off on some of those features.

The version of Allo rolling out today will store all non-incognito messages by default — a clear change from Google’s earlier statements that the app would only store messages transiently and in non-identifiable form. The records will now persist until the user actively deletes them, giving Google default access to a full history of conversations in the app. Users can also avoid the logging by using Allo’s Incognito Mode, which is still fully end-to-end encrypted and unchanged from the initial announcement.

A CHANGE TO IMPROVE THE ALLO ASSISTANT

Like Hangouts and Gmail, Allo messages will still be encrypted between the device and Google servers, and stored on servers using encryption that leaves the messages accessible to Google’s algorithms.

According to Google, the change was made to improve Allo's smart reply feature, which generates suggested responses to a given conversation. Like most machine learning systems, the smart replies work better with more data. As the Allo team tested those replies, they decided the performance boost from permanently stored messages was worth giving up privacy benefits of transient storage.

The decision will also have significant consequences for law enforcement access to Allo messages. By default, Allo messages will now be accessible to lawful requests, similar to message data in Gmail and Hangouts and location data collected by Android. In the past, Google legal officers have stated that subpoenas are not sufficient to obtain that information, stating "we believe a warrant is required by the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution" for access to private information in a Google account.

The messages might not be there if the user had previously deleted them, or if the conversations took place in Incognito Mode — but in most cases, they will be. That leaves Google with much less danger of the kind of legal showdown Apple faced in San Bernardino and WhatsApp currently faces in Brazil.

Update 1:26PM ET: Updated with more information about Google's internal legal review.

How you gonna tell me about where I was born and raisedhuh I'm American by birth and Nigerian by birth so please sit ur dumb azz down... I've lived in both places so I can speak on both places. Have you ever been to or lived in the U.S.? If not please shut up because you have no authority to speak on it.

I can speak on corruption in America all day because it's on every major newspaper and headline. I see the same things that happen in Nigeria happen here. The only differences is that Americans use legal frameworks to hide what they do. Nigerians are just open and more blatant. But your an idiot so why should I expect you to know such thingshuh
Really?!

How many times has a cop stopped or pulled you over to ask for bribes?

How many ties has customs stopped you at O' Hare demanding you "settle" them as you came back in the country?

How many times have Con-Ed officials--- instead of disconnecting your gas and electricity for non-payment of bills---asked you to pay a fraction of what you owe so that they can illegally connect you back to the grid?

How many times has your Professor (if you ever made it to college, because quite frankly, you sound like a High School dropout) ever asked you for a bribe before you'd be allowed to pass his/her class?

You must think you're talking to your village relatives. Fuera!

Are you ok or you're just pretending not to understand what he wrote? Do people in your family work or theyre just hopeless and jobless? If everyone in your family works, calculate what every single one of them has earned in the last 10 years and tell me if it gets anywhere close to $31million. Now, tell me how Mrs Jonathan got access to that amount if she DOESNT HAVE A FREAKING JOB!!!

Good lord, you guys are bloody dolts.
