Desola: I disagree with you and I am not exhalting him at all. He is way better than sexkillz for a start, Afam has a bipolar personality, one day he is good, the next day he turns into another person entirely- one thing is that Afam does not deny or hide the fact that he is a tribalist. 1 Like |

donphilopus: Were you not present in thread seeking for the prohibition of insults against the president?? Yeah I was, but it all started before that. A few weeks ago Afam called Senator Okunronmu an idiott, there was an outcry and all the Mods said that all public figures are fair game. |
Politics / Re: Let's Have Your Complaints, Suggestions & Enquiries Here by Italiano1: 3:40pm On Nov 12, 2013 |
berem: True! Afam a moderator once called Prof. Okurunmu an edioot. A moderator for that matter! Should moderators also join us to insult public officers? I think they have clarified that issue on here, Oam4j, Sexkillz and Afam have publicly said that public figures are not exempt from insults on NL- which is fantastic news for me. |

Politics / Politics And Religion- The Case Of "Dr" GEJ by Italiano1: 3:20pm On Nov 12, 2013 |
I have always been of the opinion that it is important that there is separation of Politics and Religion. Given that Nigeria has historically suffered from extreme religious turmoil and strive, it is always a touchy and sensitive subject- as a result, it is expected that leaders show wisdom, tact and discretion in this regard. Unfortunately, Nigeria has been ruled by a bunch of incompetent, greedy, ineffective leaders chief among whom is the latest occupant of Aso Rock- Dr GEJ. This man makes a woeful president like Obasanjo look like a Nobel Laureate in comparison, apart from the fact that he has zero analytical and leadership skills, he is audaciously corrupt and exceptionally inept. As if Nigerians have not been bestowed with enough bad luck from this President, he has now made it his top priority to portray himself as a religious man, he has formed a partnership with the very successful business man based in Warri- The Chairman/CEO/Managing Director of the Word of Life Bible Church Limited- Dr Ayo Oritsejafor- apologies to those who might be offended by my apt description of Oritsejafor as a business man- I did not intend to offend your sensibilities but as a Christian myself- I believe that Any Pastor who has a Private Jet is not a man of God but a very successful business man. Together, they have embarked on a trip to Israel for the Holy Pilgrimage and less than 2 weeks after their return, they again congregated in Warri for a jamboree in the CEO's church. In the past, GEJ has openly fraternised with the other great Entrepreneur e.g. Pastor Adeboye I am wondering whether he has taken the opportunity of his fellowship with these men to quiz them about their tax contributions to the public purse and how they are able to afford to live in such opulence with no identifiable source of wealth. In saner environments, these men will be under investigation from the Revenue service. I think it is time we call a spade and tell GEJ to face the business of running the country instead of deceiving himself that he is worshiping God. 6 Likes |

FreeGlobe: This is exactly my problem with Lagos/Ibadan tribalistic media, they are now feigning ignorance of this fraud, the Punch's, PremiumTimes and thier likes. oh I forgot, "a bulletproof car was bought for Stella oduah" and must be scrutinized and sanctioned to the finest detail. smh What exactly are you talking about? This case shows that Yorubas are capable of bringing criminals to justice and will not collectively support criminals all in the name of tribal allegiance. This case was in the Punch newspaper on the 7th of November- 5 days ago http://www.punchng.com/news/n5-6bn-pension-scam-ex-oyo-hos-11-others-arraigned/ Sahara News 4 days ago http://saharareporters.com/gallery/photonews-n56bn-pension-scam-former-oyo-state-head-service-11-pension-fund-thieves-arraigned Get your facts right before you decide to publicly open nonsensical threads next time 4 Likes |

Bless you, while writing in Bold, you must have been feeling like most of us have issues with our eyesight hence why you magnified it to such a large font or alternatively you thought that by increasing it to such a large font, it validates whatever point you are trying to make. You are a lazy poster, instead of you to address the points you disagree with in the OP, you decide to make baseless and daft assumptions and topped it up with a crude generalization. Shame on you and the reprobates that liked your hideous post. 5 Likes |

Orlando Owoh: You are correct, if a so called PhD holder cannot understand the rudimentary nature of leadership then we have a problem in this country. I can only laugh at the claim that GEJ is the most criticized leader in the world. In the US, there are radio stations that operate 24/7 dedicated to criticizing Obama relentlessly. |

lygn19: Are you sure you read my post properly? Your reference to the US Senator that called Nigerians fraudsters is totally tangential to the point of this thread. NL has rules banning abuse based on ethnicity and along tribal lines. Hardworking and serious leaders understand that criticism in whatever form comes with the territory, they encourage and relish the challenge to debate with folks who do not agree with them and not stifle opinion because they feel humiliated- only weak and incompetent leaders like GEJ feel emasculated when they are criticized. I didn't understand half of what you wrote but are you suggesting that GEJ should round up all his critics and imprison them? Why dont you send him an army uniform, an AK47 and call him Field Marshall GEJ along with that ridiculous suggestion. |

crusufixo: My brother, he is just securing the future of his children and grandchildren. He has found an imbecilic foool in GEJ and he is taking every advantage of the Mumu president. Any pastor that has a Private jet is not a Man of God but a very successful business man. In fact I applaud Oritsejafor's entrepreneurial acumen, it is the idioots that fund his lavish lifestyle that I pity. 8 Likes |

MR. WHINNIG: Oga Good evening Seun has spoken, case is closed. Now let us go and make our comments on the thread where that dunce of a President is gallivanting around the nation with fellow morbidly and resolutely stoopid people. He just came back from Israel with Oritsajefor a week ago, and last weekend he was in Warri with Oritsejafor on another celebration of Corruption and a show of shame. |

MR. WHINNIG: You are clutching at straws here. If you cannot abide the rules, then leave the politics section. You cannot abuse fellow Nairalanders but we shall rain abuses on GEJ because he is slowpoke and a dunce. |

MR. WHINNIG: My friend, please stop obfuscating and creating issues where there are none. On Facebook, you can call Obama, Cameron, Gej any name you want but abusing a fellow Facebooker is considered bullying. Leaders are in a position of authority and are expected to face caustic criticism from the public, media and opposition parties - the politicians themselves understand this fact!. Gordon Cameron the ex PM of Britain who has lost sight in one eye, was called a One eyed Idiott by a BBC Presenter and the world did not end. Americans publicly call Obama a terrorist and they don't get their knickers in a twist. What is so special about this retardd of a President that you are trying to shield him from public criticism in whatever shade it is? 3 Likes |

Why dont these hypocrites go and ask Google, Yahoo and Facebook to stop the abuse of all world leaders on their platforms? Is this a village market? |

Acidosis: Can you please shut up! The rules have been explicated to you, if you feel you cannot conform with them, ignore the politics section especially because of people like me and my colleagues on NL who will continue to call GEJ every name under the sun and deservedly so! If you cant stand the heat? .............. BTW, have you seen the thread on GEJ' visit to Oritjefor's festival? GEJ is a remorselessly stoopid nincompoop with no modicum of sense. He is by miles the daftest President Nigeria has ever had- FACT!!! 2 Likes |
