I don't think that there's anywhere I mentioned Akpabio. This is development for the state and wellbeing of its citizens not glorifying oneself and dancing to accolades from sycophants.

First of all, I'm not from SW
Secondly, I'm not APC, I am a core PDP man both offline (ward exco) and online (check my posts). If you are so blinded by sycophancy that you cannot call government attention to areas that needs intervention then your state of life is "SORRY".

For the record, in spite of the billions to cover Uyo drainage, IBB road wasn't linked, I have worked with engineers from the floodcontrol unit and they ssaid that the only drainage there was sealed cos the outlet has not been completed and they were working (rather slowly) to remove the seal and channel it into Abak road.
But as we can see, it is obviously overwhelming and requires more than just a routine intervention

If your name is not Lawal, Abubakar, etc forget any appointment.
The north is securing the strategic offices
NASS for making favorable laws and overruling others
Judiciary to squash any legal battle
INEC to inflate and empower northern votes
DSS to tame any anti north security issues
Accountant General to work allocation favorably to the north

In coming days, they will secure the oil (NNPC and oil ministry) and appoint a northern Chief of defence staff
.

Then other zones with fight for other offices and appointments that will be monitored by the north

I don't see how this should be a problem. Universities that run staff schools on federal money are cheating the ones that do not have who may what to establish same so as to benefit from the money leading to more waste.

ETF may provide capital fund but running the school should be entirely the responsibility of the institutions. Abi dem no dey collect school fees?
What else is the autonomy they so wanted entails?
