You are forgetting what happens should Obi win.. LP has a candidate in rivers state.
How are you sure they will vote Sim when people use that same anger to vote LP for governorship.

As it is like this, wike miscalculated with the LP intimidation tactics. So na the riggind part we dey wait for
If you think Rivers people will vote against SIM or that people will come out to vote in two weeks time as they did today then you're only deceiving yourself.

SIM has won. The govnorship election is a formality.

You think Tinubu will let INEC conduct free and fair election in 2027, if he wins this one and becomes President?
You have a point sha.

Whenever you tell people to vote against their choice and still try to force them to do that, you get what is happening.

Do you believe if he had struck a deal with LP, the HOR and Senatorial guys will have issues..

That's almost the same thing happening in Oyo.
Makinde Don dey cost the other PDP guys their own elections
Most people believe voting Obi as well as other LP candidates is the right thing to do to make it easier for him to govern.

Whether Wike supports Obi or not, they would still have voted LP from top to bottom.

Besides, those guys will have nothing to lose. They will compensate them with various juicy appointments and contracts in the state.

Let him remain in LP. [/color]
He will have the same structural issues in LP. Look at the numbers APC is pulling in the North. If that was Obi, the election would have been declared over.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Itsrm(m): 7:06pm On Feb 25, 2023
If Peter Obi should lose this election, he should return to PDP immediately. PDP will be foolish not to hand him the ticket in 2027. He should defeat the sitting president without breaking a sweat.

Just putting it out that most of these written results are fake. I saw it happen in 2019.

While we wait on INEC to upload results to their website, the only authentic results are snapshots from INECs result sheet.

Politics has actually gotten better in Nigeria compared to the days of PDP

Between 1999 and 2007 the number of high profile politicians assassinated cannot be compared to the last 8yrs.

In that time Bola Ige, Harry Marshals, Dikibo, Funsho Williams, Barnabas Igwe, Dipo Dina and no one was arrested or convicted
Absolutely.

I believe with time, our electoral process will also get better.

No be child's play brother.

I remember asking my Dad why he didn't join politics in 1999 when it was relatively easier. He said it has never been easy. That the rate of political assassinations was really on the high side at the time compared to now.

The man said I should go and join now so my son won't ask me in the future why I didn't join earlier. grin

Okay Ọba Saheed Elegushi is speaking nonsense now?! 🤦‍♂️

He just asked a very dumb question now.

He said how come INEC allowed people who don't live in the vicinity of the palace transfer their PVC/polling unit to that axis despite such people not living in the area. He said they saw strange faces that don't live in the area with PVC's wanting to vote.

Omo! So must he know every voter before they are allowed to vote in that polling unit?

Shameful and disappointing! I mean, they should have prepared for the possibility of machines breaking down. A 2nd machine should have been close by, maybe safeguarded in a police station. After allocating billions and billions of Naira to INEC, this is what Nigerians get?
Another thing I noticed is that the presiding officers were either not well trained or they didnt pay attention when they were being trained. Basic things you'll expect them to do they can't do.

This is what happens when the name of anybody is just submitted to work. Elections have to be taken really seriously. Anyone who wants to work on election day must go through a normal recruitment process which includes tests, interviews and training before employment.

No be to go gather people repairing phones in Garrison wey no know anything come dey frustrate everybody.
