The story is not adding up |
temigracie: ..man propose...God dispose...True that. |
Update? Is she married yet? |
APContherun: If roasting of corn equals humility, then we must have over 150 million humble Nigerians.Well, true sha. |
delishpot: . Ok, me sef go put corn roasting stand for front of NTA and I hope Rivers people go vote me as Governor.E no easy like that nah. |
I love election time and the various stunts associated with it. However, Gov Rochas seems quite comfortable with babies though, or vice versa. Is he thinking of starting a school or something.? |
Bluemoon1: Like i always say to people, at the end of the day they'd probably end up in the same university. I know people that went to expensive secondary schools and still ended up in a federal school. I also know people who went to FGC and later attended MIT Massachusetts. Even if i had the money, i wouldn't spend that much on a secondary school. I'd rather enrol my child in a much cheaper private school and save the rest up for a prestigious university. The federal universities rank as ivy league, technically. The fact that students from all walks of life, both rich and poor, attend them, doesn't mean they aren't good. |
Even miriam babangida's school is also very good though. I don't know what the fees are, but mere looking at the students, you'll know they are not your average nigerian. |
Beemahn: haha..abi?Do you still have time to study? |
Lord have mercy. |
The op is referring to marriage for paper I'm sure. Lord have mercy. |
prettyboi1989: D way some people on nl talk wen anyfin expensive is mentiond it makes u wonder whr dese ppl are 4rm lyk as if deyv neva seen a better side of life. Its dis simple, if u can afford it ud send ur kids dere, if u can't u keep quiet n stop comparing ur level of knowledge 2 dat of kids in dose sculs. U avnt been 2 dia scul 2 knw wat dey teach em, so stop d comparism n let it go.Too much ignorance and bad belle around these parts. |
If people are making tons of money legally and whatnot, are they supposed to constantly apologize for it? What types of schools should they send their children to? |
What exactly are people getting upset about? |
Beemahn: no, am dat kinda quy who asks a qirl out, 2days l8r she aqrees to date me. 9days later she asks for sex, 3months l8r anoda babe who's a veri close frnd of mine, sees me at a party chattin wit anoda babe, walks up to us, holds my arm & starts telin d babe how much she likes me & dat she doznt knw y i dont wanna ask her out (even thouqh she knows i have a gf). am also that kinda quy who after class, a babe beqs him to cum & knw her place off campus & wen we qet dere she turns her bak on me, takes of her black bra, puts on a purple one, den turns & asks me if d bra fits her...I guess her red one was drying outside. . . . . . . . |
smartchoice: Tpia, tpia1, itstpia, itstpia1, justsignedup, I bet this lady has more monikers than the color of a chameleon.... |
Pennywise: It can be deadly in Nigeria. Sometimes even a helping hand from an old beau can be misinterpreted. So, its not just the act but also the perception. Most Gentlemen know well to avoid being caught up in murky situations like that no matter how seemingly convenient for those involved. The problem with using scare tactics when describing such is they do not explain why many are doing these "taboo" things with ease and none of the "repercussions" that are said to come with them. ( save perhaps the breakup of prior relationships). I am not in any way supporting licentiousness but it is a fact some folks of either gender do prefer dating people who are actually married. The reasons for this are varied but they exist nonetheless. Its not only women who do it. ie take on married lovers. |
elari: . . . poverty mentalityAh ahn |
Good question. |
malakh Stop hating, geez. Envy is getting you nowhere. |
geophyscist: 50calibre i am very sure that you are not richer than me.i dont like boasting with people wealth but my father is a chieftain in pdp and i am schooling in a federal university where they pay as low as 30000 naira.my father often say that education is necessary but not compulsory to determine your success in life.Politics money is not the kind of money being discussed here. |
Godanya: It is good to know that such Schools exist in Nigeria. Those who can afford them are free to do exploit. After all there are many stupendously rich guys who are looking for avenues to spend their money. This is just one of them. Everybody with their level. No grudges, no bad feelings. Life is just like that.Don't know why some folks are always hating as if that will change the fact that people should spend their money whichever way they see fit? |
Yes they do sometimes. Nothing wrong with it though. |
Agreed. Why is pennywise viewing the thread? |
lertee: This is funny and hard to believe, how would you date a woman and won't know she is married? How smart could she be? There must be signs you'd see that would definitely give her out unless you never paid attention. She was even wearing a wedding ring yet he still chose to believe she was single. |
priest2u: I asked her about the ring on her finger she said she put it on to scare men. .Bro, you shouldn't say something like this in public. The lady was wearing a wedding ring, what else do you need to show she's married? |
its frowned on, not deadly. dating a married man is also frowned on but people are often pig headed. |
