youngEmelex: One thing about we the black people is our ability to do same thing over and over again while expecting different results.
I have checked all the Obi-dient platforms and I can't find anything they are doing that they didn't do prior to 2023 elections.
I saw a video of Obi at the UK addressing some Nigerians. I remember seeing such video of him in the UK prior to 2023 election.
I also came across some social media influencers threatening fire and brimstone while insulting APC supporters. I came across such videos before 2023 too.
I can remember Peter Obi won election on all social media polls conducted then meanwhile in reality, 70% of voters have no social media account.
LGA elections were conducted across several states recently and the outcome was zero votes for both NDC and ADC. This is another indication that grassroot voters have no idea about the polical parties trending on X and Facebook.
One expected the opposition to form a strong coalition with a candidate that is popular in both north and south. You can't win an incumbent president in any election with a divided opposition.
I also didn't expect that the Obi-dients will still be talking about Tinubu's certificate or FBI records. All these have been said since 1999 and there has never been an outcome.
If the Obi-dients have nothing new to offer and zero strategies on how to remove APC from power, they should better end their online noise because they cannot contain the disgrace that they will face after their heavy defeat by January 17.
Your first paragraph should be totally capitalized, it says it all. But ndi isi ojii say 'mbaa! We will never learn from history'. It's all right then... Our people say, 'Whenever one wakes up, is their morning.'
Hunter2009: The 23rd Abuja International Film Festival (AIFF 2026) successfully brokered a milestone strategic meeting to expand the commercial film pipeline between Nigeria and China.
The high-level session, facilitated by Fidelis Duker, the Founder of the Abuja International Film Festival, brought together Dr. Shaibu Husseini, the Executive Director/CEO of the National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB), along with his top management team, and a powerful Chinese delegation co-led by Mr. Bai Yimin, Chairman of Huaxia Film Distribution Co. Ltd., alongside senior officials from the China Film Administration. The strategic meeting centered entirely on establishing a robust framework for distribution, licensing, cross-border classification, and a bilateral exchange of technical skills.
A Four-Pillar Framework for Nigeria-China Cinema
To bridge the gap between Nollywood and the world’s largest theatrical market, the regulatory bodies and industry leaders focused on four critical areas:
Theatrical Distribution Pipelines: The delegations mapped out strategies to allow legally vetted Nigerian films to enter China's massive network of 96,000 screens. Concurrently, the NFVCB will facilitate authorized theatrical channels for Chinese films across West Africa, cutting out piracy bottlenecks.
Streamlined Licensing Mechanisms: Both regulatory bodies agreed to simplify the legal documentation and rights-acquisition processes. This structural alignment ensures that filmmakers can securely license their intellectual property across borders without facing exhausting bureaucratic delays.
Co-Classification Standards: Dr. Husseini and the China Film Administration officials began discussions on a mutual understudying of each country’s censorship and rating systems. Establishing compatible classification guidelines will ensure that content meets regional cultural and regulatory standards before shipment, avoiding costly theatrical rejections.
Bilateral Exchange of Skills: Recognizing the need for technical parity, the Chinese delegation committed to supporting the board and local industry with technical expertise. This includes knowledge-transfer programs in advanced cinematic technology, modern film curation, and digital archiving to upscale the technical capacity of Nigerian industry practitioners.
Continuing the Mission in Beijing
To solidify these agreements into binding policies, the China Film Administration formally extended an invitation to the NFVCB Executive Director to visit China. This upcoming diplomatic follow-up will finalize the co-classification and licensing protocols, paving the way for a highly integrated, legally sound commercial ecosystem between Nollywood and Chinese cinema—a landmark collaboration made possible by the vision of AIFF Founder Fidelis Duker.
.....while they quietly take over the 'nigeria' market economy. And 'nigerians' are busy drooling over ethnicity, religion, partisan politics and whatnot. 'nigerians', sorry.

It's no one's fault you struggle to understand another man's language. Like I said, Read before you Reply, or you shut it. After all, you must not understand the English language.

See eh, we know those who knows their identity, those who are ancient and those who are successful.

Thank you, blood. I see you. My Brother is my Brother. Nwannem, You can't even imagine how many times your brother has been banned and how many of his posts have been wiped out by these people who are bitter about the truth, about our identity, and about our glory.
there's only one tribe that is known to have begged for help from foreigners to come save them from annihilation by women. And we know who they are! ROFL
givedemwotowoto: Men and women took to the streets of Kaduna in protest against the APC, blocking an expressway, burning brooms symbolizing the ruling party, and chanting “Ba Ma Yi,” in a show of opposition to President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid.
Christlike01: Yes, that's also true; Yorubas are not restricted to 5 plots of land, you know?Oyo state alone is the same size as the entire southeast. Ponder over that, boy.
lol Oyo state that's not even up to half a plot of land. Or is there any other Oyo?
Christlike01: Boy, you're nothing but a butterfly wishing to be an eagle. Look who's talking about history! Do you even have any? You don't, boy! When others discuss their enviable histories, you remain silent. Trust me, you have a lot to thank those people you naively accused of silencing you; rather, they have been saving you from a potential mental illness. They have been preventing us from revealing the truth about your so-called "history." You, a nobody, feeling confident!
Better to be a 'nobody' who has an identity and is proud to assert it, than to be a 'somebody' who has no identity and is bitter when others assert theirs .
“It’s rig and die!” Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, NDC candidate for Delta Central Senatorial District, has issued a fiery warning to anyone planning to rig the 2027 general election. Speaking during a campaign, Omo-Agege declared that anyone caught attempting to manipulate the election would face deadly consequences, insisting that Nigerians would not allow their votes to be stolen. His remarks have drawn attention as political activities intensify ahead of the 2027 polls. What do you think about his strong warning? Should politicians adopt such hardline positions against electoral malpractice?
lol as you all prepare to ensure a 'free & fair' election, make sure to accomplish what the Cameroon masses couldn't do in their last election. Make sure or you are just another set of mouthy peeps.
concho: Only a prospective cheat complains when you tell them that cheating in your tradition is synonymous to death 😂😂😂😂
So we should fold our hands and watch you cheat us into another 4 years of suffering 🤩??
Be prepared ooo The apocalypse is coming
My reply to you has been wiped whilst I'm just coming back from a ban as a result of same. See? That's what power can do. So whether power cheats or not, so far you don't have the power there's nothing you can do about it. Your best shot is to become cannon fodder to those in power. If you still don't get it, come 2027 if the music begins to play I beg you to come out and dance. Don't hide behind your keyboard, walk the walk.

You have been warned. Don't rig, so that you will not..
Lol joker. Even you know there's no 'election' that's not rigged so far 'democracy' is concerned. Even the imperialists you people look up to rig their elections not to talk of 'nigeria' . it's all charade and formalities to fool the masses. Power is never elected, Power is possessed. It's either you have it or you don't, those who have it decide what happens in the society because they control the affairs of the society. And the only way to control a society is to control the means of livelihood of the society. This is Power. And it is not in the hands of the masses, until the masses take back control of the means of livelihood. Until then, the masses are just there to 'vote' and go back to their lamentations, while the powers select the next 'leader' of the circus called 'country' until the next cycle, and then repeat. Ad infinitum. If this is hard for the masses, singularly and collectively, to understand then the fate of the masses (and by extension, the society) is in the hands of THE LORD.
Stephen0mozzy: Lol.... Spot on. I remember how everyone Sang Sai Baba for the leadership scam of the century.
I tell you! But they don't ever take a pause to think outside the box, look beyond that very person or people they are blaming , and look behind the veil. They just keep repeating the same actions and cycles, while expecting a different result. How is that possible? To 'nigerians', what is unseen counts for nothing, which is a very costly assumption.
enemyofprogress: 7 PROBLEMS EVERY NIGERIAN MIGHT FACE IF TINUBU RETURNS IN 2027
I respect Tinubu as an elder statesman, and I am not loyal to any political party.
So, what I am about to write is not driven by sentiment, political hatred, or blind opposition. It is based on the realities confronting Nigerians today.
It does not matter whether you support Tinubu, belong to the APC, or have never voted in your life. Whether you are young or old, male or female, so long as you are a Nigerian living in Nigeria, these are seven serious difficulties you should expect if Tinubu retains power in 2027:
1. ELECTRICITY SUBSIDY WILL BE REMOVED
The government has announced plans to end electricity subsidies in 2027. In simple terms, this means Nigerians will have to pay more for electricity.
Remember, the way petrol went from 187 naira to 1400 naira when Tinubu removed subsidy? Same way, the price of electricity will skyrocket suddenly.
The plan to remove the electricity subsidy is already in the cooler and I believe it will be one of the policies Tinubu will implement if he should retain power in 2027. So, everyone should fasten their seatbelt, because it will be a long ride.
Fortunately for Tinubu, this won't affect him in anyway. Remember he already invested 17 billion naira to install solar in Aso Rock. It's you and I that will bear the brunt. Wait for it...
2. FUEL PRICES WILL INCREASE FURTHER
With the removal of the petrol subsidy, Nigerians are now more exposed to changes in fuel prices. Global oil prices, exchange rates, and the cost of supplying petrol can all push prices higher.
If fuel can be this expensive at a time when Tinubu is seeking reelection, imagine what will happen the moment he grabs power again? A litre of fuel might have risen up to 5000 naira before he leaves office in 2031.
Fortunately for Tinubu and his cohort, they don't pay for fuel. They get petrol free of charge. Upon that, they get millions of naira monthly as fuel allowance.
In other news, it is you and I that will pay with our hard earned money. Hope everyone is warming up? Eku imunra o.
3. THE PROPOSED 5% FUEL SURCHARGE WILL BE IMPLEMENTED
Nigeria's tax law contains a provision for a 5% surcharge on fuel.
Apart from the subsidy removal, we'll start paying another 5% tax on every litre of fuel we buy.
Let me explain what this means in simple terms. Assuming you buy fuel of ₦10,000, a 5% charge would amount to an additional ₦500. So for every ₦10,000 fuel, you pay a tax of ₦500, which makes a total of ₦10,500.
Or If you buy ₦100,000 worth of fuel, you pay tax of 5000 naira, that's ₦105,000
I believe that this one will take effect the moment Tinubu is declared winner. Every Nigerian can bear witness to how he loves to impose tax on poor people. This one cannot be negotiated.
4. FOOD PRICES WILL FURTHER INCREASE
In Nigeria, the price of fuel directly impacts the price of every other commodities, including food items.
So, whatever makes the price of fuel goes up more simply means cost of food items will also rise.
I know that food items are already expensive. But we are only seeing SIGNS right now. If Tinubu should win again, we will then see WONDERS, the elder brother of signs.
I'm just wondering how families will survive when its income remains the same but the cost of feeding continues to rise? Hunger does not care which political party you support or if you're same tribe with President. Everybody go line up!
5. INSECURITY WILL MOST LIKELY WORSEN ACROSS THE COUNTRY
Kidnapping, banditry, terrorism, and attacks on communities have become an everyday incident in Nigeria.
We sleep in fear everyday and we wake up waiting for news of the next victims.
Sad to say, these evil occurrences may further advance if Tinubu retains power in 2027.
This is because life will be harder for ordinary Nigerians. And this will increase the rate of crime because people have to survive.
Again, it will be a foolish and wishful thinking for anyone to believe that Tinubu that cannot handle insecurity when he's seeking reelection will handle it when he no longer needs our votes.
Right now, those in the South-East and South-South are still somewhat spared from the menace. I'm afraid the terror might spread to every region should Tinubu return to office.
Meanwhile, Tinubu and his cohorts will not be under any form of security threat because they move about with heavily armed security protocols and they drive in bulletproof vehicles. It is the rest of us that are at risk.
6. THE NEW TAX REFORM WILL BE IMPLEMENTED
Nigeria's new tax laws have introduced a revised system of personal income taxation. This means Nigerian workers and business men that fall within the taxable range will be paying from 15 to 30% of their total income to government.
This tax law is already warming up in the cooler. If APC should win, you already know what the tax master will do now.
Many companies vacated Nigeria because of unfavorable economy. Imagine imposing more tax on already struggling workers and businesses? Chai!
7. GREEN CHARGES WILL MAKE IMPORTED CARS MORE EXPENSIVE
Environmental surcharges have been introduced for certain motor vehicles, particularly those with engine capacities of 2,000cc and above.
In simple terms, more money will be paid to clear cars that are imported into the country.
So, when your dealer increases cost of cars, don't blame him. Na wetin him buy he go sell.
If you are planning to buy car, you better do it now. If Tinubu should win again, cars will no longer be affordable. Just use your money and buy ponmo wey get pepper 😂
THE WAY FORWARD
Let us put sentiment aside for once
A politician is not your personal saviour. He's there to serve the people. You should never defend politicians whose policies continue to destroy your purchasing power because he belongs to your preferred party, practices same religion or from same tribe as you.
Well, every Nigerian has the right to vote for politicians of their choice. But let's keep in mind that for every choice, there are consequences.
If you support Tinubu in the coming election, you lose the right to complain of hardship because the handwriting is clear enough. Even the blind can see.
I know that some people will start asking me who they should vote for.
Let your good conscience and the spirit of God guide you.
I know that, if Nigerians are ready, we will rescue our country.
Power belongs to the people, if we know our right.
Tinubu is on every one's lips now just because he is there, wait until another person enters and then the song title will change albeit the same song and the same lyrics lol.
"It's rig and die!" But after inciting the masses to violence and anarchy they cower away to somewhere safe, they and their cohorts and families. It's only an ignorant and gullible one that'll be used as cannon fodder. Indigenous Agents of Imperialism!
Christlike01: Lol! A Yoruba man has no identity? Isn't it funny that this is coming from someone of your background? I won't even stoop so low as to discuss history with you.
Well, if you must know, I'm a proud Yoruba man. I'm very proud of the rich culture and heritage our forefathers bequeathed to us as a people. They expanded their territory from Nigeria to Benin Republic, Togo, Ghana, and beyond. They fought many wars of conquest and never lost any! Here’s the question: what were your own progenitors doing while ours were accomplishing all these amazing feats? We all know what they were doing; it wasn't a pleasant story.
Trust me, man, you are not in any position to talk about identity, especially a befitting one. History is not kind to you; believe it.
Well I have replied you on this but each time I submit it your kins and kith, with tears in their eyes, scramble to wipe it off and at the same time placing me on intermittent ban, i also believe you will have read it also. This is to show how insecure and low-esteemed you all are. Even the truth shatters you lot. You can't even stand what you dish out to others. Be that as it may, stay away from people's affairs especially when it comes to their history and identity.
