Aufbauh: We must commend the doggedness of Mr Keyamo, the learned fellow representing the efcc in this case who against all odds and ethnic perceptions is determined to see that justice is done to those crooks. He activated the article of seizure which was granted and after 3 months from the time of seizure, Tompolo fails to show up the seized properties will be auction by the FG and the proceeds will be converted to the government coffer. I pity the company or person that would purchase those properties.....lol |

Tinubu, popularily refers to as the Jagaban is well known politican in the south western Nigerian, by sponsoring canidates for various elective position, but this does not include other regions.
The Jagaban is a strategist, no doubt about dat, but it is common sense for any politican to know that frm historical records, wenever the north-south comes together in agreement to contest for an elective position like the presidency, the results are always positive, without dat, one does not need a soothsayer to know that victory is theirs |

chocolateme: I boarded a bus going to Ikeja just now from Ojuelegba, sat by the window side for fresh air sake. Then in came this old man who sat beside me, I greeted him and chilled. The bus got filled and as the driver was taken off, those park miscreants held him down for their settlement. As all these was going on, this elderly man bent towards me and placced his whole hand on my laps almost touching my private part. I was shocked on catching him because I thought it was the weight of my handbag and bottled water on my leg. He we kept leaning on me on every swerving of the bus, I just warned him not to try that nonsense again if not he would gett a hand of Sama from me. But I must confess, I had to keep checking my private part on intervals to make sure its not missing before the we got to the final bus stop. Evv old men won't respect themselves. Are you male, this sounds more like a male talking |

The FG is biting more than she can chew, the way to go is to make peace especially @ this turbulent economy down turn affecting our country, who know "Tompolo" returning back to the creeks will bring more problem to the country, especially now dat the FG cannot do without oil. or is the FG prepared to use income frm groundnut, cocoa, sugar cane, tomatoes, rubber, solid minerials etc to run the economy. |

Kanu, through his lead counsel, Chief Chuks Muoma, SAN, vehemently opposed the application which he said grossly lacked merit. He argued that section 36(4) of the 1999 constitution made no provision for masquerades to testify in a trial involving an alleged act of treason. “An accused person under our jurisprudence and justice administration must be confronted with his accusers eye-ball to eye-ball. “My lord we operate an accusatorial system of procedure under the common law. Justice must not only be done but must be seen to have been done. “It is not within common sense to malign and accuse someone in public and apply to try him in the bedroom. Having been accused in public we want to also be tried in public. “We therefore urge this court not to allow masquerades to testify before it. We want to see their faces and ask them questions. As masquerades, how will the court be able to gauge their demeanour and body language? Is it by the rhythm of their dance steps? “The tenets of justice outweigh this application and we urge my lord to reject it. It has no merit whatsoever. Secret trial is for terrorism charge, it is not for the type of offence for which these defendants were charged. “Secret trial does not apply in a case of treasonable felony or involvement in alleged unlawful society. During the trial we will prove to them that we are not an illegal organisation”, Muoma added. |

I have observed it as well too, another major cause is that threads that are suppose to make front page dont come up @ the expected time, and by so doing most advertiser will be looking for out means of selling/marketing their products to the general public, also the prices @ AD space is dropping tooo. |
