Don't worry abt all those ppl with their doomsday prophesy. Lagos is not that stressful if u hav ur own car but if u don't, no worry just keep moving forward. 250k can get u a place in awoyaya n environs, 300k - 400k will get u a place in badore, langbasa or okeira, all in ajah which is closer to VI. U can only get for 250k for 2 bedroom inside Ira-nla which is inside okeira there in ajah. Its just that d road is terrible cos I once lived there. So its ur choice, u can start from there. All in all, I prefer life on d island than d mainland. All ppl that usually complain normally stay on d mainland. Come to where sane people stay ISLAND grin

BusinessRe: You Won't Believe This Is The Minimum Capital You Need To Start Mini Importation by IwantToKnow: 8:59pm On Aug 23, 2017
winkmart:
A lot of people have asked me how much they would need to start mini importation and a lot of people have run when they hear about mini importation because they always feel they will need to break the bank to start.

Maybe I was lucky enough. When I started mini importation business, I was working with a firm and I had enough cash to start with. There was this lady at my work place then that always complained about cash, so I introduced her to the business.

I was so surprised when she told me one day that she bought a $2 watch and the seller sent the watch with FREE SHIPPING. Mind you exchange rate as at then was N200/$

Though I don't advise people to start with so much little funds because it will be wasting your time.

From experience, the minimum I can advise you to start with is between N5000 and N10,000.

If you have good marketing strategies and you import the right items, you can dispose all these items within a week.

Thanks.
Please, what website do u get stuff at cheaper rates

Laziness is killing so many Nigerian youths today that's why you see them in all the gambling houses all over the nation. The so called graduates are nothing but educated fools that can't make anything out of any amount given to them, their lame excuses are legendary. I called one and offered him #500k to start a business, less than 2 hours I called him to give me back the money and collect cheque only to discover that the nigga don spend 50k already in gambling.

What will make a man to be a gambler if not laziness?.
please send the money to me and you won't be disappointed. !
But seriously, the rate at which youths are involved in gambling is alarming

@foxie,
Before I got married I had determined not to spend my first night in an hotel IF my wife had not got pregnant ... there's no problem taking your wife to hotel for a nice time,
What I frown at is having your FIRST EVER conjugal bliss in an hotel where different people come and on the bed used by divers kinds of people. The most worrisome is if the wife now conceives in the hotel, what do you think will happen to or become of a child conceived in an hotel?? ?
You ever wonder the kinds of children we have nowadays?? There are lots of spiritual things that mortal man do not understand but only interested in just fun...
good suggestion, good analysis, your head dey correct

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Hope For A Graduate by IwantToKnow: 7:11pm On Jun 02, 2017
secretsuccess:
my name is joshua a chemical engineering graduate. it is so difficult to survive as a hardworking, honest and God fearing person here in Nigeria. After my NYSC i have been struggling from place to place, looking for opurtunities. i always shuttle from lagos to portharcourt...thinking that one day it will be well. i just discovered that it will never be well..

When we were in secondary school we were told to get a good course..my parents were happy when i got chemical engineering..then in school it was get a good result..that was no problem, i got a second class upper.

Ater service it was get certified..ahh, no wahala.. i got my NEBOSH certificate..then again some said it was connection..ok, i joined lots of proffesional whatsapp groups after much work, i even had to pay for some...funny enough the so called proffesional group failed woefully.

twice i was called for a job brief..twice i was rejected..the first reason was because i am igbo the woman saw my name and her countenance changed though she dashed me 2k and told me the usual words i would get back to you..ok, fair enough. The second was in portharcourt i was rejected because
of my church..Roman catholic.. hmmm. A young man was also rejected for same reason he kept on complaining while i was just laughing..though later i begged him for #100 for my TP, he gave me sha.. he is a nice man.

ok. i had to go back to the drawing board..met some people and they said i should just do further courses..oooo! course again, ok.. no wahala. i begged my mum to sell her bike for 110k so i can add 30k and do process safety and loss prevention..she accepted.. i sold the bike and did the course.. yet, no interview call. i said ok let me visit companies and give them the cv..my brother no show.

i sat still again..and then reviewed my cv..paid 2k for push CV to review the cv..still no luck.. downloaded CV review app used it time and time again. same results.. no calls.

the only thing i get everyday is insults from my Father and some relatives of how lazy and weak i am...this is not fair life itself is not fair..is it not better to die? after working hard in school and after school for about 8-10 years no result for it..

People will always say dont be tired but my brother i don tire... i know many of us have same story, but for me the only thing i can do to make the pain easy.. is write..

Nigeria is not worth it.. did i tell you i briefly went into business?.. but how can you do well in business without long time experience.. it is always difficult..well, the pressure is much and i see that breaking point is close... only God knows Tomorrow.

These days the only thing that comes to my mind is suicide..i have downloaded lots of books to see if i can find a solution.. but none yet.. please if you have good advice for me i am willing to hear it.

thanks
E Joshua
my brother, same here with me, but keeping hope alive, tried business but too much credit, people just chose to delay in paying. 10 years after graduation and nothing to show. I'm trying to start up another business and hoping God will see me through
