kunleweb: I'm begging for an answer, why are there too many single ladies these days. Just heard of a stunt where a sister ( rich and graduate, working class with car who had no husband ) pulled a game-play to unseat her uneducated sister from her husband, i'm left bewildered why, why are there too many single sisters out-there left unmarried. I need answers. I really do as it beats my understanding. u no dey tire for this kind questions? It very absurd and preposterous that mean ask this question every time. Are women going to marry themselves? Why aren't the men marry them? This question has been on nairaland front page more than 10 times over the years I have been here. You guys should get a life. |

The South and middle belt can come together because majority are educated enough to put religion aside than those in core north who neither have the education nor the foresight to do likewise . |

someday, very soon I will write my story. Why are you lying to yourself? How can you say men are the most confused set of people? Are you not the same lady that hardly replied messages? Why are you complaining now? I remember we exchanged emails after I sent a PM about 2 years ago but you were "forming" until I stopped bothering. The thing is most of you are good at assuming that this guy is not good even before knowing him. Another bad boy you gave chance has dealt with you and you are crying. |

Coloradvantage: you are going to loose your money fast with this big thinkling idea of yours? you want to be bill gate and dangote. think big and start somerhing small. I started agricultural comodity trade with just 45000k about 4 years ago and if I tell you how it is..you will be m$arveled. you might call that small thinking. but seriously don't business is no rocket science you need wisdom, patience and consistency. and don't go and pump all your millions in the name of BIG ideas. it might not work. and one thing bussiness is more stressful than we all think. fact# many can't handle it h bros, there is what is call business models. Every businesses have a business model which follows a stipulated process. Some business model yield better and faster than others...decide where you want to be... Most Nigerians still think like their parents and it amazes me even when there is the internet to research better ways to do things. I can't fault your thinking sha... This is Nigeria after all. If tell you it is possible to make 3Million in 7 days you may doubt it like an average Nigerian does, but that is not possible without getting the foundation works done, which takes time and money too. Technology has changed things, make use of it. Find hot in demand products and sell to the market. You will make money faster but finding this type of market depends on how trained your brain and mind works. When I created this thread I was working on a different product idea/project but it was stalled due to scrutiny by the boss who has to go through every damn papers before making payments. I can't blame the man because they cheat him too much, including his own brothers. A lot of folKs were affected but my profit from there alone is enough to get nice house and car to boot. While that one is still on, I came up with another idea in May and our first deal, after series of meetings, will be done this week and I get to walk away with nothing less than 1M for each deal done. My capital? I have spent less than 100k so far but the good thing is I have people working hard to make sure it becomes a reality and they all get a cut commission wise on recurring basis. I have also recruited almost all my friends from school to cover their states of residence. Business model, technology makes things different. When I see people say instant gratification and fast money blah blah... I laugh and I don't blame such because this is Nigeria where the average thinking hardly changes from days of our grand parents, even though times has changed the average Nigeriah hardly changes. It is not hard for me to use what I know to raise capital bros. In 2012 a friend gave me 10k and 7 days later I had 80k from that money. I have done this many times. This year I turned 4k to almost 300k naira (but it is an internet based kind of business). In 2016 I turned $350 to $2500 in same business, I have done this many times, however I have taken a break from it to focus on the new business model I am working on (not intending to share this with the public, so no PM) You see the meat business in Nigeria? I am going to change and revolutionize how meats are sold in this country. Let it be known that you read it here first. Happy new week fam |
Dele is a moderately handsome young man of 34. A civil engineer by profession, he works in a medium scale engineering consultancy firm in Lagos. He lives in his own house (inheritance from his late elder brother) at a suburb of Move/Redemption Camp axis. He met Yinka, a very beautiful Economics student at the University of Ibadan in 2012, they became friends but she turned down his proposal when he made it in 2013. Her reason then was that she was engaged to a medical student at the same university. Dele went ahead to date Chioma but she cut off the relationship at the point of collecting their call up letter in 2014 because she found a US based Ibo guy that her parent have approved. He later met Jumoke in 2015 after his NYSC, Jumoke lived with him in his elder brother's house (now his house) for about 6 months in 2015 before she eloped with a side called "bigger boy". The most interesting aspect of Dele's story is that all the 3 ladies have come back to him one after the other since 2016 to apologise for their "mistake" and tried to continue their relationship. Dele have also turned them down and is presently waiting patiently for a Miss Right amidst more than 5 ladies that are milling around him. Dele's mother who is my aunt sees his ordeals as spiritual, I don't really agree, I don't like spiritualizing issues. I'm still of the opinion that he could find a way of truly forgiving one if these 3 whom he had known before and go into a relationship with her, he doesn't even like hearing such from me. His mind is made up against any of them. I think he's in a dilemma because he now have so many to make a choice from which is not so easy. He looks more like someone who finds it difficult to forgive and let go the past, dear nairalanders, what do you think?
He is my kind of persons. We don't take back such women under the guise that it was a mistake. I also have a couple of them hovering around but I will prefer to find a new face to date than take back any of them. It is logically perfect not to take them back because if their plans had worked out with the guys they chose over him, they would have been laughing at him. Women love playing games and benching a lot of guys as a substitute and if you have any pride in you, you better not accept the plan B or substitute options. Where is your pride? |

https://dailypost.ng/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Onofiok-Luke-Speaker-Akwa-Ibom-State-House-of-Assembly.jpgAPC offered me N2bn, deputy gov’s slot to defect –A’Ibom speaker. ●He’s seeking unnecessary relevance –APC
The Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Mr. Onofiok Luke, yesterday alleged that the Presidency offered him N2 billion and the state’s deputy governorship slot to defect from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC). However, the ruling APC has immediately denied the claim. Luke’s claim is coming on the heels of rumours making the rounds that huge sums of money and juicy political promises were made by the APC in a ploy to take over the state.
Speaking during a solidarity rally for Governor Udom Emmanuel and Senator Bassey Albert in Uyo, Luke said he would rather quit politics than defect to the APC. This allegation is coming few days after the defection of former governor Godswill Akpabio with insinuations that there are ongoing attempts by APC to woo political bigwigs in the state.
“They said the President had sent words for me to become the deputy governor. They offered me N2bn, but I said no. If you like, offer me N10bn, mine is no,” he said. He said the defection of Akpabio and others to the APC was borne out of personal interest, noting it was aimed at grabbing and sharing power. “They have no plan for us and no plans for the future of our state. It was all about them. It was only about power grabbing and power sharing, but by God’s amazing grace, we will overcome them,” Luke said. On the second term bid of Emmanuel, the speaker said the people would resist any ‘federal might,’ to ensure that he is returned for a second term in office.
“Tell Abuja that Akwa Ibom people are ready to resist them, tell them we are ready to vote who we want, tell them we are defending our course. We will deliver our governor for another term in 2019,” he said. But in a swift reaction, the APC, speaking through its immediate past publicity secretary, Edet Eyo Bassey, described as hilarious the claim made by the speaker. Bassey, who spoke with our correspondent in Uyo, said the youthful speaker is seeking for relevance in the unfolding political scenario across the country. “He is a funny fellow. Where would the person lift N2billion from to give him. What is his political value?’’ he queried.
The former APC spokesman said offering Luke such funds for defection is against the anti – corruption mantra of the Buhari – led administration. “Such funds can pass for an allocation to one state and why would an individual who is expected to render selfless service to uplift the fortunes of his state be offered money to cross over to another party?” he asked. He concluded by saying the speaker who is seeking to grab his party’s ticket for Etinan Federal Constituency is trying to make political capital from Akpabio’s recent defection to the APC.

but like I said earlier actions speak louder than words. even Adolf Hitler will tell you he is nice. I would even trust someone who says 'hey im not such a good person' than someone who's always saying ' I'm nice'
don't blame me I learnt the hard way.
just like I don't 100% believe what others say about another until I have one on one experience with you to judge your character
life also taught me this lesson
besides people change
you might have been nicer then when you were innocent ,but due to bad experiences become for example a player yeah, I did try to be a player at one time and yes, I have changed but what changed about me is that I don't give excessively anymore, only give a lady what I can afford to loss lol. |
