Politics › Re: ENUGU KILLINGS; Charity Begins At Home Not Only In Chibok. Reno Omokri. Picture. by iWrite4People: 11:27am On Apr 26, 2016 |
Thanks for taking these silly shameless youths up very articulately. obailala: There are 170 million people in Nigeria, madam Oby cannot be the only one to do all your protests and fight all your battles. She is entitled to her freedom to choose the battles she wants to fight. There were thousands of attacks here and there during Gej's time, including countless fulani herdsmen attacks, but she picked the Chibok issue and followed it up. You also have the right to pick up any issues which touch you and follow them up. It is not her job alone to protest.
This your stance reminds me of a shameless lad on this forum who recently called out Wole Soyinka for not speaking up or protesting the anomalies in Nigeria. While a youth sits down sucking his mother's breasts, he expects an 81year old man who has been involved in countless protests since the 60's and who has spent several years of his life in prison for this to stand on the streets protesting for him in 2016; that is quite silly.
Once again, Oby is one out of 170million Nigerians, and she has a life to live. She will protest when she feels the urge to protest and not when you think or want her to. She does not also stop you from protesting. |
Politics › Re: ENUGU KILLINGS; Charity Begins At Home Not Only In Chibok. Reno Omokri. Picture. by iWrite4People: 11:18am On Apr 26, 2016 |
I am just amazed at the pathetic comments against madam Oby's efforts in what she believed in. It just seems to me like those who refused to see good in how TY Bello actually did something about a lady she could have simply bypassed, and now we have the Olajumoke story. Country people, do the good you can to someone your conscience moves you about. And if all you can do is look while others are suffering, at least have the fear of God enough to not pour venom and abuse on those who are actually doing something to help someone other than themselves - whatever your holier- than -others opinion feel their motives are. seunmsg: She led the advocacy for the release of the kidnapped chibok girls because she was convinced that's the right thing to do. Why can't you or reno mumukri start a protest about the killings of innocent people in Enugu if you are so concerned? Must Oby lead every protest or advocacy in Nigeria? Why can't the senators, assembly members, lawyers and human right activist from the affected areas take up the protest against the herdsmen?
If Reno is so pained about the plight of the innocent souls in Enugu, he should search his conscience and do the right thing. He doesn't need to drag madam Oby's name into the mud to make his point. Oby did not drag any unwilling person into the chibok advocacy. Reno should stop this crass attention seeking nonsense and suck up his loss of power quietly. |

OP so think deeply :are you ready to damn the consequences? Decryptor: The guy who talked about Decryptor diskette is what grabbed my attention to the thread because my moniker was mentioned!
Funny enough OP, there is a sure fire way to detect if your wife is cheating on you via the kind of conversations she has on her phone! I'm sure her phone has a memory card. If it does, leave the rest to me....that is if you are in Abuja. Just get her memory card and i will run a software which will check for cache files where chat and messages are stored on the card. The messages are usually in Unicode format and with the use of another software, i will be able to decrypt the unicode into something readable! I have done it for people before and i will do it free of charge for you.

Family › Re: Wife To Separate From Husband For Relocating Too Much by iWrite4People: 9:01pm On Mar 09, 2016 |
This situation is so confounding, but you made a lot of sense with your post. einsteino: This is one of the reasons why I have been single for a while. If you are ambitious, you would know how much of a stumbling block marriage and serious relationships can be. I cherish the freedom of being able to leave for space the very next second, if thats the next goal to conquer.
I have no advice for this couple cos either ways one person would get hurt.. If the husby compromises he would see his wife as "his enemy of progress", if the wife does she would see the husby as the reason why she never amounted to anything more than his wife.
My advice is rather to young men like myself and ladies. Love is a great feeling but hey it isnt as important as compatibility. Know your partner well, be sure you fit into each others plans well. To yall accusing the husby of being selfish, there is nothing wrong with what the husby is doing, the prob is his kind of wife is equally ambitious. some ladies I know would give an arm and a foot to shuttle from city to city with a husby that is successful, some wouldnt mind being full time housewives so long as the money is rolling in. His only sin is not choosing a wife that fits into his plans... The wife also has every right to be ambitious, I love ambitious women... But she too never reached any agreement on what next after wedding.
For guys especially, make sure u achieve the fundamental goals first before talking about marriage. If at all you are in a hurry to wed a gal cos u love her too much to risk losing her, endeavour to point out to her your plans. I have fallen in love countless times but when I look at my plans and see the person wouldnt fit in or the love of my life came prematurely, my brain overrules my heart. Fear not, the heart would always find someone else to love, that is its specialty. |

Guys pls stop this unnecessary comparison. Each one of these guys is amazing in their own right. Have you ever tried scoring an A in a written course like psychology or history before? How easy was that. Simply celebrate these young and amazing people, and encourage them to make the best out of life with what they have got. In few years, if they don't build quickly on their present feat, all these first class degrees will turn irrelevant . ChappyChase: to me, this guy is 10 times better than that boy that got CGPA 5.0 and to think that some people almost finished my life with bashing when I asked 'who will employ a psychologist?' But look at this guy with CGPA 4.81 in civil Engineering!!! Mehn, that to me is real success!
Anybody can get CGPA 6.0 in any course in the University as long as it does not involve calculations and technical drawing! *feel free to bash me* |

I believe it is a good thing to mourn with those who mourn, and where possible, contribute to ameliorate the pain the people most affected will experience. If you say there are a lot of other bereaved that should also be assisted, I will agree with you. But to say it is shameful to support this? I beg to differ. The man served these people, and they are simply getting the back of his kids. That's simply good human -naturedness. woodcook: It is so shameful to see how our youths are in support of this. The responses of most people on this topic is a typical example of why politicians in Nigeria have succeeded over the years in getting away with every form of impunity.
In as much as I sympathize with the living for the dead of their love ones, can someone on this forum tell me how the dead of Ocholi automatically qualifies the son for a government job?
Was the job in question ever advertised according to the laws set down for appointment into government agencies?
Or the job was magically created for him, while FG have been shouting that there is no job and they don't have fund to pay existing workers.
Did the son applied for the job or did he attend any interview to start with?
Partisan politics apart, youth people of Nigeria, you should all wake up and start asking questions rather than agreeing with every silly move made by the government just because you voted for them and don't want to look bad in front of your friends. It is your future and you should endeavor to protect it, by thinking for yourself and asking questions rather than being spoon-fed BS. |
