Please I need a quick answer to my question. I'm travelling with 2 infants I added 1 to my ticket and the 2nd to my mums ticket is there anything I need to take to the airport I mean airline when travelling as my mums name and infant name do not match but we are travelling on the same flight.

Gurus here kindly advice accordingly please.

yes, since you are travelling...you can fill departure date and put return date as n/a.....i guess you can also leave them blank....but since you're asking for an expedited passport (most likely), it would make sense to fill departure date at the very least.

On passport application form or hospital form for applying for birth certificate. Where possible I gave my Nigerian address and where the form asked for mailing address then I put the U.S. address. For example item 8 on the passport form DS11 asks for mailing address and then item 19 asks for permanent address.... which should be the Nigerian address.

No he will join the American citizen line.
He should go with the form filled but not signed. Photocopy of his passport data page and the original for sighting. He can also go with your passport data page photocopy as well. He can also send immediately to you via DHL at the American Embassy car park for 18500.hope this helps

Being a diplomatic passport holder does not exclude the holder from applying for entry visa. The only difference is that he or she assumes the status of a diplomat.

Hospital package: $2,700(VD without complications)-This payment includes epidural of $500 which is refundable if not used
Doctor package:$2,500(VD without complication)
Paediatrician package:$250 to be paid after delivery and on subsequent visits to the paediatrician, it cost $150 without circumcision.
Go with all your previous hospital tests typed and signed to avoid a repeat of the tests in the US; not handwritten tests, they are not accepted.
Your first doctor visit will require you to pay $45 for a compulsory test if your action is VD(Vaginal Delivery) and you are entitled to free transportation on first Doctor's visit.
That is about it.

Del Sol Medical Hospital, El Paso TX and Sierra Providence Hospital, El Paso TX. But we used Del Sol. No silent charges, but second baby visit and circumcision to Dr Akin cost $250.

Pls I'll like to have a breakdown of the bills from del sol and providence. Can I send u a mail. Pls need the info urgently.

UMC is a state-funded hospital and recently revised its prices. The Doctor's fees are not listed and frequently total over $3000 since there is no contract saying how much you will be charged.

Its advisable its not earlier than 6weeks for most airline.

Maybe it's an oversight on the VOs part. Most hospitals always have self pay patients and it's cheaper too. Had my baby in 2016 and I got the below pricelist 2 months before I had my LO. Infact I kept asking if it wasn't Medicaid and they said NO. They even highlighted it before sending it.

Pls did you have you baby i lousiana with this christus health bill. Cos christus health is also in lousiana want to know if to use them. I'll like to send an email to you on this pls. I need more info on them.

Its been very rewarding following this thrend.

Pls, I got into Houston on saturday the 17th of this month and there was enough drilling at the POE as almost all the officers wanted to interrogate me followed by one who was practically threatening me with the fact that I borrowed the $10k dollars I had with me,, saying it is common with you Nigerians.

Please, now that I am here I have a question which I would sincerely appreciate if someone who had gone through same would assist with, my visa wasnt stamped in for any months or time. Please what do I do?

Dont be worried maam. Its stamped but not dated. It happens alot. Make sure u dont exceed ur planned return date anyways.

11am interview and visa approved. No questions no document check the VO just wanted to know why i stayed longer on 2 occassion and stayed 2 to 3weeks on other visit so i told her childbirth. Asked about my work n hubby's work my kids n also if im planning to have more kids birthed in us. Type type type and said pick up visa at dhl.

Thank to all my amazing page mates who gave me clue on likly questions i was a bit worried when i got the mail cos this is not my first renewal via drop box. But God showed himself faithful.
