lizlazy: Good evening mamas in the house. My sister just put to bed twins but she's having very sore nipples such that when she is breastfeeding the girls, she's always crying. Is there anything she use to heal the nipples? Thanks as I await your response Use Lanolin cream or apply breast milk. The babies are just learning how to latch that’s why it’s so painful. She can bear it, the pain will subside as they get used to sucking. Alternatively, she can also pump to feed them so her nipples can rest since pumping doesn’t ‘stress’ the nipples as such. However, this is not recommended because it’s important to establish breastfeeding before introducing a bottle but with twins, it may not be so easy |

Wow many people are complaining about the Nigerian huggies when that’s the only brand I’ve used since my LO was born without issues. Maybe this is a good business idea. Please how can I send diapers from Canada to Nigeria for sale? Not only huggies, any brand. Anyone who knows how to begin should send me a PM pls |

luciouscookie: Thank you. The pain is too much, sometimes even two days after using it. I'm thinking of changing to another product. Do you have any good thing to recommend ? Not sure of the brand you’re using but it’s not suppose to hurt unless you’re using it wrongly. First of all check that the size of the flanges are correct and a good fit for your breasts. Secondly check the suction level you’re using. It’s meant to be just enough to mimic a baby’s suction but not too much to actually cause pain. These pumps come with all these levels of suction (even the highest level you def do not need) but it doesn’t mean you’re supposed to use them. As suggested, lansinoh nipple cream is good and safe I currently pump roughly every 3-5 hours in a day. All the best! |

salford1: Chinese sellers usually under declare the value of the item when they ship via ChinaPost, which arrives via Canada post. The US sellers will most times follow the rules by declaring the true cost of the item, and it's also likely going to be sent via courier. Courier companies like fedex, ups,etc will even open the parcel and check the item to ensure the real value had been declared. Oh yea? This makes sense |

AZeD1: But you would most likely be required to pay import duty. No duty fee, just shipping fees for some products. I find that purchasing products from the US attract import duty but none from China so far. |

Ideek: Good day all. Please can you do medical with pregnancy? Does it affect anything? In terms of decision taken on your application? It has no implication with regards to the application if you’re still pregnant. If you have your baby midway then you have to update CIC and meet new POF requirements etc However, I hope you’re aware that proceeding with medicals while pregnant could expose your unborn baby to radiation during Xray? Are you willing to take that risk? They could use a lead cover to reduce radiation but if you choose to proceed, make an informed decision for the safety of your baby. All the best |

19CannyMum: My baby also rejected avent the day I tried it. What he takes is the nipple that came with free nestle sample. I use it with my pump bottle or with my evenflo storage bottles. Oh wow it’s true I remember that nestle sample nipple is softer. I still have it, will try it. Even better that it fits evenflo storage bottles cos that’s the brand I have. You’re a life saver, thanks dear |

Mamas help! My baby has started rejecting bottles, even when she’s very hungry, she will keep pushing away the bottle. she wants the milk directly from the breast every time which isn’t very convenient. I’m using Avent bottles currently. Has anyone successfully tackled this? Any suggestions as to better bottle nipples? Thanks |

19CannyMum: What baby products did you finally settle for and are they working? Also how often do you bathe your baby.
We're battling dry skin, wondering if I should switch to dove sensitive or stick with aveeno. The weather and environment being different is a big determinant to my decision. So far, I use only baby oil on her hair and skin. As for soap, I use ‘live clean oatmeal relief baby wash’. This can be used to wash the hair too so no need to get shampoo separately. I had issues choosing a cream to use because even so many baby brands contain chemicals I do not agree with. I finally discovered ATTITUDE Baby Leaves, Hypoallergenic Body Lotion. It has the EWG verified mark for the safest ingredients and it’s plant based plus the company is in Quebec. I ordered on amazon and it just arrived. As for a full bath, there’s no need to bathe a baby daily, it even erodes the moisture on their skin. Every other day is okay. Of cos you can always clean with a damp wash cloth if need be every now and then So far I have no issues with my LO’s skin so I guess the products are working. I’d suggest you should moisturize more probably with oils to tackle dry skin and maybe switch to scent free brands to see it that helps. If you have anymore growth checkups left, you can also mention it to your doc. All the best! |

Pearl05: Alright. Thank you so much.
Do you know any perfume for new borns? I don’t advise newborns to use perfumes. Most newborn/baby products are either unscented(recommended) or lightly scented because it can irritate their skin. I’d even exercise caution using heavy perfume around a baby. |

Pearl05: Good morning mothers, while breastfeeding my boy I noticed that the Milk is water like sometimes and milky creamy other time. Is it normal please ? Yes dear it’s normal. It’s foremilk and hindmilk. When you just begin breastfeeding or expressing milk,it’s more watery but as you continue, the fat content in the milk increases giving it a more creamy colour. |

Thanks to everyone who have shown interest. As expected, the first person who signified interest and is able to successfully arrange shipping will get the drugs. @queenpls is the first person to show interest. I forgot to add that I have clean point tampons as well. It might not be cost effective to courier them individually as the cost of the courier might be more expensive than some of the drugs. If for some reason things don’t work out with the first person transportation wise, the next person gets a chance. Thanks ladies cc Queen1010,Tripletwins222 and Nicejo. |
