I did. Started using a sit up bench after abt 4-5 mths but had to stop when I was having pains

tunesoft: So are u blaming the doctors now...? because last I checked there are places in this country where technologies of the kind u are talking about are...just that u have to pay through your nose...meanwhile, the last strike the doctors went on was for such things..equip teaching hospitals with state of the art techs, and pple said docs are selfish...its not the doctors fault at all at all..blame the system of training doctors.

Guy, I am talking of private hospitals that charge exorbitantly.

One of my experience at cs, the doctor knocked me out completely and I did not recover from the sleeping drugs till almost 14-16hrs after the operation! In dis day and age? He also used the kind of stitching that you would have to remove the thread after 1wk. And yes he charged us 350k and not cheap money.

It is more of a cultural thing. I have 2cs and 1 vj birth and would tell you the difference is clear. My only grouse is that our doctors are not up to date technologically. They should learn to suture us back properly. My last child and c section is almost 2yrs and my stomach still looks like am 4mths pregnant! Haba!
