I read about this and couple of days later I got a email from GTbank stating the updated monthly withdrawal limit from abroad...this is quite confusing I must say.
Maybe with GTbank you can withdraw a maximum of an equivalent of 1000$ monthly I'm not sure....hope this is helpful in a way

this new limit is for those transacting in europe or america and once it is 1st January all naira mastercard will cease working outside nigeria till further notice

Two options you have:
1. Write a mail to the registrar requesting for an official transcript and include details of where to be dispatched to. The registrar office will require 50TL for the transcript, and you will be responsible for the courier cost to the destination as well.
2. Request for an official transcript by emailing the registrar your details, in your letter, ask the transcript be released officially in the sealed envelope to a known person/entity. Then, the person will go with another letter that you must have signed and copy sent to the registrar. After he or she picks it, then the person can post it to the destination for you.

Use Ecobank or Zenith's mastercard. FirstBank has a limit of $500 per day for online purchases.
Ecobank has $1000 limit. I used Ecobank's for mine last week @ N230 per $1.
Stanbic is at $1000 too.

Stanbic is $2000 for pos and online
and first bank is not $500 used it to pay for my visa and ihs same day
Daily POS transaction limit of N2,500,000 for current account and N500,000 for savings account (domestic and international).

Use first bank mastercard or stanbic ibtc bank they dont have the $300 limit for online purchase

Has anyone encountered anything like this i paid my IHS and visa fee using first bank they removed the money from my account I checked my balance and the money was gone. The next day early in the morning I saw an alert for the IHS fee but later when I went to the ATM I saw the visa fee back in my account but in my visa4uk portal the payment was successful they even sent me an email with the receipt of payment now I have my interview tmrw and I don't want any problem

my guys please for those that recently paid for the ihs and visa fees how much in naira where you charged

Someone mentioned jovana farms in lagos they have boer goats but they are expensive. i called sbz farms adamawa they used to have boer boats but they sold all of them but they are going to bring a new batch in December we could wait for that and there is a govt farm in niger state that have boer goats i am trying to get their contact number and call them.
in Jigawa state there is a village called maigatari they use to bring boer goats there i will go there on their market day and see whether i can find the goats

Oud ram is a good breed from Niger Republic and it grows fast but it is not as profitable as boer goats

I just spoke with the marketing manager at sebore farms they sell Boer goats and their price tag is between 45000 to 60000 but they are currently out of stock and they will bring the new stock either ending Nov or in December

i will try and contact sebore farms and see whether they have boer goats and if they are willing to sell
