man47:
we are talking about the anime shows not about the cartoons.
Yeah, thanks Captain Obvious. I couldn't have figured that out without your help. . .

Since we're discussing about lame animated series why can't anyone just help and answer my question?? It's a very legitimate one. embarassed Sponge Bob is one of those shows I deem overrated by the public. But if someone could give me some insight on what makes this animated series so popular, I might reconsider. cool
TV/MoviesRe: Dummest Anime Series by Iyineda(m): 4:34pm On Dec 17, 2009
I know Sponge Bob Square Pants isn't anime but can someone please explain to me why that cartoon series is so damn popularhuh? Even within Hollywood where it has often been refered to in sitcoms, movie awards ceremonies and what have you. . .

I also watch a few anime (Japanese cartoons) such as Naruto Shippuden, Bleach (when I have the courage), Samurai Champloo and the one and only Death Note. smiley

Well, here goes:

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
HEROES IN A HALF SHELL, TURTLE POWER!

They're the world's most fearsome fighting team,
They are heroes in a half shell and they're green,
When the evil Shredder attacks,
These Turtle boys don't cut him no slack!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,

Splinter taught them to be ninja teens,
Leonardo leads n' Donatello does machines,
Raphael is cool but crude ("gimme a break" angry),
Michaelangelo is a party dude ("parteeeey" cheesy)!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
HEROES IN A HALF SHELL, TURTLE POWER!

Aaaaah, good times, good times. grin
PoliticsRe: Will You Support Any Law Against Polygamy? by Iyineda(m): 11:26am On Dec 17, 2009
I know I'm against polygamy in general. Not a style of life I can consider. But I don't give an acorn if somebody chooses to follow that path in life. Just like for homosexuality. I'm not too comfortable with it, but I cannot be legally against it either. undecided How lame would that be?
SportsRe: Ronaldo De Lima Vs Cristiano Ronaldo by Iyineda(m): 11:30am On Dec 16, 2009

Wow!!!

Wow!!!

grin grin grin grin grin grin

Men, what happened to you? How did you reach this? Is the Nigerian educational system this bad? With your level of thinking, I doubt you can achieve much in life.

Yes, the kit does not make a team. about damn the only intelligent thing in your post but yet still lame But it is part of the tools for funding teams.

You try and get your kit to be attractive, not because you want to play better football (Bleep me), but because IT IS A TOOL FOR RAISING MONEY!!!

By the time you play in the WC and if you perform well, alot of your people and neutrals would want to join in or identify with the success, and one way is by buying your kit for things like Sunday League or even fashion.

So it is essential you select a kit before the tournament that would maximise this opportunity by being a nice design, and you can use the revenue to fund your football.

JEEEEEEEEEEEESUS, what level of thinking do some people have! *I am out of breath*

Mate, get Omega 3 tablets.
Jeeez, Sagamite. Your comments are usually accurate and informative but don't you think you went too hard on the guy? undecided

Omega 3 pills. . . . really? grin rotfl
SportsRe: Super Eagles's Player Of The Year (2008/2009) by Iyineda(m): 5:09pm On Dec 15, 2009
This one goes to Peter Osaze Odemwingie HANDS DOWN. wink
He's my favourite Super Eagle, by a mile.

In second position, I'd say John Obi Mikel although his performances in green haven't been the most convincing. undecided

My biggest hopes used to be on Ikechukwu Uche and Chinedu Ogbuke Obasi, but they are very injury prone. .

My biggest disappoint is Obafemi Martins, because I expect much more consistency from him given his huge potential.

she doesnt look like a nigerian

pretty face tho
What does "look like a Nigerian" mean? huh
When I went to Lagos this summer I got that. A. LOT. "Oh, are you from the Middle East?", "Are you like one of those Black Egyptians?" (lol whut XD), "You aren't from around here, are you?", "Your eyes seem a lil slanted; you sure you don't have Chinese origins?" (this one killed me XDD).

All that to say that I'm 100% Nigerian born (mum Ibo, dad Yoruba). Please enlighten my poor soul. I feel like I'm in the dark with this whole "looking like a Nigerian or not" thingy. . .

SportsRe: Who Is The African Best Player? by Iyineda(m): 1:56pm On Dec 10, 2009
Eto'o has had absolutely no rival since 2007. Drogba is insanely overrated, although he's getting better with his finishing. Essien is an excellent player but he comes second for me.
Adebayor is a better player than Drogba for me. So my ranking would be:

1. Eto'o
2. Essien
3. Yaya Touré
4. Adebayor
5. Drogba

Hey, guess what? Yesterday I totally saw this one prairie dog driving a sports car downtown NY. It looked kinda cool, just like your half baked excuse of a thread.
