However, the fact that you had to tell your wife to cut all communications with him (especially after what transpired) shows either of 2 things:
1) She doesn't respect you and your marriage enough to do what is necessary.
2) She's very naive to think that saying "I won't do it again" is enough to make things right in her marriage.

Eitherway, If I were in your shoes, my response to her would be..."if you value your friendship with this person enough to lose our marriage over, then you probably should be married to him".

I wouldn't bring it up again & if I don't see a change (genuine one at that) in a few days...I'll check out. First emotionally, then as things progress, physically.

It's not like what they did is wrong per se, but look at what it has done...and look at the perception a lot of people have about something like that... Just like apostle paul said in his letter to the Corinthians.. "Someone will say, "I am allowed to do anything." Yes; but not everything is good for you. I could say that I am allowed to do anything, but I am not going to let anything make me its slave" (good news translation).
In other words, that something isn't wrong doesn't mean it is something you should do...especially given public perception.
For instance, is meeting your pastor in a bar a bad thing? No...it's not. But how will it be perceived especially by people who have rigid beliefs and people who are "baby" Christians? So the church had a bad PR moment in my opinion... But davido trying to distance himself from the church when you heard the words that came out of the girl's mouth, but you still went ahead and talked about how you "put God in everything that you do"? You are not wrong in positing that certain parents tend to apply a firm fist in the upbringing of their female kids probably due to their cultural frames of reference or societal perception.But to suggest or infer that this is the reason why a "properly raised girl falls into the hands of the badly behaved boy" is an overeach. That practically absolves the girl in question from any culpability in her decision process and squarely pinning a decision she made due to her own frame of references on simply a badly raised child...that's unfair and incorrect in my opinion.

As such a Bible Believing Christian is fully Married after the Pastor or Priest Blesses and pronounces the Couple Married in The Name of JESUS..

Well... I see where you are coming from. However, I think a lot of us have mixed up certain issues...like the difference between the moment you are married and when you "dedicate" your marriage to God.
Like I said earlier, a pastor or priest can not pronounce you married if you haven't done the traditional rites...once you have done that, you are married. And you might not agree with me, but if anyone decides to have sex with their wife at that point, it is not a sin. You quoted heb 13...and my point is you don't become married when the pastor or priest says you are... You become married when you have fufilled the traditional rites of your spouse's people.
If not, you can go ahead and get married in church without fulfilling the traditional rites.
Even as Christians, we are also subject to authority (romans 13: 1-7)... If as a matter of principle you and your spouse decide not to consummate your union until after the church wedding, that's fine... But my point is this... The couple who decided not to do a church wedding have not committed any sin in the eyes of God if they have sex after their traditional wedding... Because they are already married after that event... Mind you... It is not the pastor's/priest's pronunciation that makes you married... It is the consent of both families having fufilled what they/their culture deem to be marriage rites.

1) You both discussed it and she told you no sex until tje wedding night (in her head that means white wedding).
Your mistake was thinking she was joking...so all you have to do is do the needful... Afterall you've come this far.
2) she has a misconception about what "premarital sex" is... Right now you are both married...both traditionally and in the eyes of God... White wedding is just an embellishment of what has been done traditionally...that is why even in church weddings, some pastors will ask the girl's family... "has he done the traditional rights"?
So church wedding is more of just A dedication of your marriage to God.
